I found out about smartsupp through a competitor website and i wanted to implement it on my own rjight away.What i like best is that it was easy to install as a plugin and the interface is very easy to navigate to.I also like that it greets the user with a message.
What i would like to be improved is being able to position the smartsupp icon a bit higher or in other positions because sometimes it is in front of other elements and i can't really move it even though i tried using css but it's design is a bit complex.
It is solving problems like adding office hours to my website so people know when the shop is online and when it is not. It also tells visitors about other things using the automation messages.
We are totally enthusiastic about Smartshupp. Since the integration we have a close contact with our customers. Questions about the product or the customer journey can be clarified directly and without complications. In addition, the administration is super easy. The service employees get along very well with easy-to-understand and tidy backend. In addition, the emploees can be informed directly about new messages via appor desktop notifications. Keep it up!
Unfortunately, we could not get the Shopware 5 plugin to work. However, it must be emphasized that Shopware 5 is being phased out and therefore probably no focus can be placed on it. However, we were able to integrate the plugin manually without any problems.

My colleague deployed the service on eschop, added automatic retrieval of data from logged-in user data. I in turn created a robot, installed the app on my mobile and off I go. Since we are testing Smartsupp and mainly want to use it as a sorting tool for the helpdesk, so far only a few users have responded (parents, wives, colleagues:) But everything is working beautifully, responsive and the "users" are happy. Notification is very loud which is nice for someone like me who is nonstop busy and cannot just keep looking at the screen. Communication with customer through chat is good and quick and seeing what the customer is looking at helps us help them.
I feel like if someone forgets to log out, it shows them online even during closed hours. Other than that it works as we thought it would.
Almost instand communication with the potentional customer. Ability to help the customer with their problems in real time is welcome and prevents even some wrong orders from customers.
I have used this software a long time ago. I had a CRM for a while but the costs were too high. I went back to the good old solutions.
I don't know yet. At the moment I do not like that it is paid. When I used it before it was free.
