I can easily handle a couple of customers at once and generate leads within seconds. Absolutely reccomend this tool if you dont want to be contacted by telephone the hole day. Right now i can concentrate on the main parts and add new products to my shop and also give great support to my customers.
I would not say there is a real downside, but it would be helpful if you have the possibility to play the chat button in more than two areas on your site, but that isnt a big deal.
If customers have any questions i can help them immediatly with the live chat. Otherwise they had to call or mail me, which is regularly the way to lose customers.

Chatbot funguje zatím výborně. Je super vidět kolik je na e-shopu zrovna zákazníků, mít možnost je oslovit či podle komunikace s nimi ladot chatbota. Sběr kontaktů přes chatbot taky funguje výborně.
Zatím jsme nic takového neobjevili. Vše funguje jak má. Možná jen lehká připomínka. Reakce na chat kam můžete psát o pomot je trochu pomalejší než by se nám reálně líbilo.
Komunikace se zákazníky, otevírá aktivně i opakovaně komunikaci a navádí zákazníky k další akci. Díky tomu i sbírá kontakty což je super na vytváření databáze a další práci s leady pro nás.
Chtěla jsem poskytovat celodenní zákaznickou podporu, ale nemohu být stále na příjmu. Smartsupp to za mě vyřešil díky chatbotům. Geniální služba, která pomůže každému e-shopu.
Zatím jsem nenašla nic, co by mi nevyhovovalo. Když jsem narazila na drobný problém, zákaznická podpora mi obratem vysvětlila, kde dělám chybu. Prostě a jednoduše bez výhrad.

My colleague deployed the service on eschop, added automatic retrieval of data from logged-in user data. I in turn created a robot, installed the app on my mobile and off I go.
