More admin type users comes at a higher price tag
Managing multiple projects especially, during quarantine, became a problem. Software like Jira works well but even the simplest of workflows require an underlying compexity. Wrike allowed us to setup multiple simple SWIM lanes like you'd see in Jira, but without needing any underlying complexity or fancy admin trickery on the back end.
Customization of projects is great. They provide you with excellent insight into status', etc... and you can easily track the outcomes of projects while copy/paste existing projects to start new campaigns.
Nothing to not like about it. It really has what you need. It can be difficult to learn at first if you're unaware of PM tools, but it really has more of a robust, granular interface that allows you to complete custom projects easily. Better than Basecamp.

What I like best is the flexibility to create your own workspace and processes that fit our unique needs as a team, rather than having to adjust our team to pre-filled project management templates provided by the tool, Wrike adjusts to our way of working.
There is some automation that is missing. For instance, request forms don't auto-populate data fields. Also, a strong Slack integration would help keep people in the tool a little more as lots of side conversations don't get recorded. Like many other tools, you need a dedicated person/team to encourage adoption.
Often times, email threads get lost and there is no easy way to keep track of project statuses. Wrike has become a single source of truth and allows our global team to be more efficient and productive while eliminating confusion. It also allows our stakeholders to feel a part of the process and gives transparency to each project every step of the way. We don't have to answer the same question over and over again "what's the status of the project?" "Has this/or this happened?" Those are precious minutes that allow us to dedicate to work.
From my side the most helpful was the simplicity handling Wrike. And the top upsides user oriented pretty easy to use and understand and for sure the available kind of support.

The only one reason there to dislike this tool is the customization settings which is quite hard to get hands on. Also few of the integrations shows lack in connecting with certain platforms. This is cloud based software and is very handy in reference to setting up the project sketch and finalizing all the things together. A person can get in touch with the recent update of tasks that are pending and that are closed without missing out anything and losing focus because of the distance. Wrike does not do well on desktop and slows the performance of company. User interface is not up to the mark and design is difficult for the most part with details that are unable to get resolved. The preferred work list should be present in this for the betterment of systems.
The work dealing with this service is satisfying. It organizes the daily work to be done and gives us the online home office experience. It sets up the scheduled tasks with time and date and gives us plenty of time to do other things.

Great service from the account team, easy to use, and the help forum is fantastic. Learning how to use Wrike is easy with Discover and the demos available, and being kept up to date regularly is a bonus.

Our teams are becoming more collaborative, between technical, marketing, project management, and HR.
I like that Wrike allows you to assign a task to co-workers and create sub-tasks that can also be assigned to other individuals. I like the reporting and dashboard features and I like the ability to create a form, link it to a project and a person, and send out a link for external individuals to use. The best part is the connectivity between it and Adobe Creative Suite. We use this to send our work from the actual Adobe product to our approver using Wrike to capture that approval process. You can also group individuals into teams and assign those teams to specific folders. This program also has an app, which is. SOOOO helpful.
There is nothing that I can think of that I did not like about the product at this time.
We had an issue with tracking the status of our projects but with using Wrike, you can easily create a dashboard widget to see exactly where people are in their projects. There are actually several ways that you can see the status of a project. I just loved the dashboard widgets because you can create different views, whether by project, by person, by group, by project status... It's cool.

I love the ability to have blueprints that have dependencies that lead to other tasks. This helps project managers to make sure that their projects keep rolling and nothing gets missed. The custom status are great as well so we can get them up for our different departments. For example the marketing department has different fields than the website department. We love how modern that it is compared to some of the other PM software that we have used. It's extremely easy to train on for new team members.
I wish there was a spot for allocated time. The custom field doesn't quite work the way that we need it to. We need it to be able to let team members know how much time a task should have and to let us know if they are going over time. I also wish that the reactions gave people notifications. Sometimes, just putting the thumbs up emoji to indicate that you understood something is enough to reply, but it does not give the team member a notification that this was done.
Having the dependencies has enabled us to keep the workflow going even in the thick of things. It notifies the person that their work is ready to go even before a project manager has to review. This automation really takes the load off of the project manager to keep the tasks flowing. The blueprints also have given us the ability to create best practices for a project. The recurring has also made a huge difference in the way that we do things as we do not have to set up multiple tasks of the same thing. This is very different from the PM software that we used before, Mavenlink. This has proven to be a major benefit to us.
