It's simple to track total cash in and out with Xero. Xero is a very safe and secure tool to carry out accounting operations. Xero allowse to track and pay bills on the right time. It's possible to reconcile bank statements with Xero. It's simple to track and manage inventories with Xero.
There is nothing that stress me when using Xero as it matches all our needs as organization.

I love that it's so intuitive, and easy to do things like view balances, print checks, manage company credit cards, and create invoices.
I dislike that it's not always easy to create unique reports. They template reports are fine, but sometimes I need things a bit more nuanced, and its a little tricky to complete these.

I have been scared to manage other accounting software as such as Sage group or Quickbooks. As the UI differs and one simple mistake can lead to big troubles, XERO has been the most satisfying software I have ever used. With great UI/UX.
The inventory or purchase side is very basic for the software, there can be an improvement for managing the inventory side of things which will help users to manage everything in one single source instead of integrating it with other software.
We were managing the payroll with XERO, managing all the freelancers times for how long they worked and how much should be paid to them, manage to invoice, manage all the sales, making the end of week reports and using Hubdoc which was the best feature which has saved a lot of time for the company for data entry manually.
I love being able to click through to everywhere, run in multiple windows and integrate with other platforms

Simple and intuitive to use - makes you feel like an expert in book-keeping. Ideal for small business owners who like to keep a close eye on finances and be in touch with their business finances. All areas are split into sensible sections allowing you to switch quickly from paying bills, sending out invoices, checking balances, reconciling accounts, issuing quotes. All really easy.
There is nothing I dislike about Xero. It is close to perfect for my needs

It will be better to have more of a segregation of duty, it does not provide enough options to select a different access level for different users. The budget manager currently does not support recording or reporting capital expenditure.
Access to information to share with accountants, auditors, saving a lot of time. Add ons such as ApprovalMax makes payment approval process clear and easier.
Xero is super fast to get set up and intuitive to use.
It can be a little cumbersome sometimes and doesn't have integration with Salesforce without paying for expensive third-party appxchange products.
We can quickly and easily send quotes, invoices and automatic reminders to customers and prospects.
