You can only load up 10 bank lines at a time when reconciling. Ocassionally I will want to look at more in one go but I do not have this ability unless you open a second tab.

Xero is benefiting me by its painless setup that facilitates me about cumbersome financial operations and also helps in reducing the time spent scrambling voluminous records as well. Moreover, all transactions and contacts can be governed from the same page. Most of all the dashboards are comparatively more interesting and provides a full access. Comparing financial charts and billing can be compared through it’s incredible features.

Xero is a quality product for accounting related tasks as it is designed to meet the requirements of any kind of accounting procedures. Apart from this it has the most user friendly interface that I have ever came across and also quite easy to understand as well. Moreover, anybody like me who is not familiar to accounting or have very little or basic knowledge about can easily manage all these tasks.

the options available and how quickly it gets approved, xero is extremely easy to interact with, you don't need to train an employee up to use it.

the app can be quite prone to crashing, sometimes taking an entire phone reset to function normally.

3 of the things I find that i LOVe about Xero... 1. It pulls in your bank feed so no manual entry which means you are a lot more accurate. 2. It allows you to dynamically allocate your expenses so you can have a lot of different ways in which you can allocate and then see the information which you just can't easily do on a spreadsheet (or any other software for that matter) 3. RULES! These are amazing, it allows you to setup rules for the item to be pre-allocated, you still have to confirm this but it can pickup details from within the transaction and use the rule to pre-allocate it making your book keeping so much quicker and easier.

There is not much to dislike to be honest, I guess really the complexity of it does mean that you have to be patient before you pickup how it works. But it is so dynamic in its ability to deliver results that I would personally oversee this detail and definitely pick it as my chosen accounting software it is far superior to anything else I have seen out there.

Accounting fore our business that is complex in its transactions so we can dynamically allocate these, showing accurate P&L's for individual properties - the competition quickbooks simply does not have the dynamic ways in which Xero can do it - I tried and it just can't do what Xero does nor could a consultant I ask even figure out a way to do it.

The layout is great and looks very modern. Lots of integration can be done with Xero.

Updates and changes are frequently happening so keeping up to date can be tricky sometimes. Bank feeds can also not work about once every few months.

Bookkeeping time has halved with Bank feeds and statement importing. Lots of reports to choose from and VAT filing for non adjustments returns.

User friendly, very easy to navigate, love the fact it can be integrated with our other business systems. Super easy mobile application.

Wish support could reply a bit faster, as sometimes it can take up to a week to get a descent help on issues.

Xero is a great application and enables me to get a lot more done in a lot less time!. Well Done Xero.!!! Xero is by far the best package of it's type that I have used. It's easy to use, accurate, to the point and enables me to provide a better service to my clients.

I haven't found anything that I dislike about Xero

I use it for Credit Control and it makes it quicker and easier for me to find the information about customers that I need, resulting in quicker collection of outstanding A/C's.
