What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM is easy to use and is a great business development software. The features are very accurate and easy to understand. We can use this software for the email tracking and it help us in business management. The great advantage that I like about it, is that the Zoho CRM has the great ability to store all our customer details. It’s all features are very outstanding and easy to use.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The Zoho CRM is very expensive software as compared to its competitors. Sometimes, Zoho CRM does not have the ability to work with the project management. For the beginners, it is not easy to use and this software required a lot of time for learn. For a small business companies cannot afford this efficient software because its price so high. There are so many features and each features required set up and they can integrate with CRM another in different ways.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho CRM software is very amazing software for business development. I can use this software for email tracking and it help us in business management. It’s all features are so simple and easy to understand. But still it is very accurate reliable software.

"One Of The Best Tool - ZOHO"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho - it is one of the best tools which I have used we can do everything here like meetings, sharing your docs, emailing, tasks appoint and many more things. The support system is too good and its cloud computing it means you can't install on your pc but you can access it on the web everywhere. Easy to handle because it is user-friendly!

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

I don't have any dislikes because we know it is too difficult to represent everything but this tool provides so many features, so right away I don't have any dislikes.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Solving many problems like groups meeting, assign tasks, share the docs etc.

I love the Bluprint feature at the higher level - it really forces a business owner to think about process and timing. Once the infrastructure is set, reviews and reports help maintain it.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM has a distinct way of thinking about Leads, Customers, and Accounts. If you follow their definitions, it may take some converting headaches away.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The pain point that was solved was segregating groups of customer types and customizing communications with them based on where they were in the sales process. Especially appreciate how well Zoho CRM integrates with the rest of the Zoho Suite of products, and Shopify as an e-commerce platform.

Zoho CRM is the great software for small companies. It has great functionality to create mail merge templates. The one of the great advantages of this software, when a client or prospect has opened or read an email, this application give us the right choice of our customers. It has great reporting functionality and it is also a fantastic tool. It has great ability to receive our data and important documents immediately and it provide the best service of our customers. Zoho CRM provides the best value for small business and it has great features to understand the concept of our customers.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

This software is very outstanding and it's all the features are also difficult so we can't easily use this software. It cannot provide the best service of the costumer and this software is very expensive so most of the companies refrain from this software. The one of the biggest disadvantages of this software, dashboard is not very customizable and doesn't give us the great ability to provide the best sales price of our customers. But still that this is a great platform to manage our business in a more efficient way.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho CRM is the best software for small business and companies. I use this software because its speed is very fast, and it is also a reliable software. This is too much expensive, but I like it’s all the new functions and features. Zoho CRM is good tool for marketing business but it also has issues which need more improvement, one of them is while setting up this tool work I have to do so many clicks and feature of this tool is little bit complex for new employees and they require more time to know this tool completely. As my experience this tool is little bit pricey rather than HubSpot or others.

Zoho is specific tool for sales business and it make our business easily. Content manager, Lead management, Pipeline management and for Activity management. What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM helps to keep track of our leads and provide insights on the current status the customers are in. This is good because each customer is maintained by multiple agents and helps to keep track. Followups and tasks are useful with this tool.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The application is nicely integrated with the existing Zesk but there is a lag in the feedback and the UI seems to be a bit laggy. This will not be a major issue when you your Chrome. All over performance can be increased. Dashboard features can be improved.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead/Customer management is a main requirement. We also needed email marketing supported by the application but this was integrated with a third party tool. The product cost is cheap when compared to the competition. This is great after integrating with Zoho Desk as contacts are centrally maintained.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

The things i like about Zoho CRM are: We were able to solve marketing problems at the business level and publicize the brand at the commercial level, the tools they give us are very good, be satisfied with the result, and the most important thing helps us to sell better and faster and smarter, What I like most is that it has a friendly interface and an unbeatable value, live chat, email, telephone, for this reason I recommend the product to be used because it gives positive results for the company, we like that sales are closed in less time thanks to its effective program since it has all the integrated marketing systems that allow us a quicker and more direct contact with our customers.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The numerous things i dislike about zoho crm are listed below I don't really like it because it's very slow, similar to the other pages, although it helped me a lot, it's a little complicated to understand at the beginning, but it also served me well for what I needed, as I said before the only drawbacks are the slow and how complicated it was at the beginning, but otherwise very well.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I like that I was able to jump in with very limited CRM knowledge and figure it out organically. It wasn't a steep learning curve, and I was able to immediately begin implementing the basics.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

To add users and combine workspace it's not really as intuitive as I was hoping, there was a steeper learning curve for that specific aspect.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's helped organize and streamline our customer database, as well as customer communications. We don't have to rely so heavily on MailChimp now, either, it's more of a one-stop shopping approach.

I have been able to use other CRM´s like Sales Force, SAP, Siebel as a user in big corporations, and those are great products, but I think that for small and medium size companies, this product is simpler, less expensive and easy to use.

We like its ease, automation and connectivity with other applications such as Google, together we can monitor everything and everything happens in a convenient way, and everything is simplified, sales have improved exponentially, it is certainly a product that has brought us much advantage , compared to the old CRM we used.

As Zoho is an online CRM tool so it also has some limitations and little issues, it requires a strong internet connection for stable work and it’s enable to perform well on slow data connection. Little errors and bugs occur here and there during work and sometime it refuses to respond. Mobile version is good but it doesn’t have all the basic features for work. Zoho CRM is little bit pricey for buying premium version.

Zoho is a CRM tool and it comes with many trustworthy features which are very helpful for our business of marketing. We can customize our product’s features as requirement and get customers easily for deals. Also available for smart devices such as for Tabs, Macs and for smart phones. Zoho is easy to install and very stable for work.

Zoho CRM has a great dashboard which can help you track daily sales with sales person & revenue . Set a healthy competition with the team. It also tracks the number of calls done by the sales team. Weekly monthly & monthly top contribution sales person.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

If the CRM access is opened to all users, lead access, the user can delete the comments by the other users. Also, customizing the dashboard take a lot of time. Zia needs a lot of training to start helping with the schedule.

Zoho is one of my most favorite company, because it has a lot of integrations and customizations for affordable price. It has blueprints, workflows and more to help you configure the CRM platform for your company.

The Licensing is a little confusing, because it has a lot of options: monthly, yearly plans, Zoho One, Zoho packages, etc.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I love the customization that Zoho has built into it's system. Every field in the modules can be modified and you are able to write scripts or set up workflows or automation to your hearts content. Zoho CRM is able to sync with Zoho Books so all of your information is in one place, no needing to look in another area for invoice information, its in the CRM.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

There are limitations like the number of check boxes that can be placed on a given page, and the number of automated tasks per module. I wish those limitations were given upfront, but was able to work around them.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have been able to track our quotes more efficiently and have been able to set up custom automated follow ups for our customers that helps us close more deals.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I like the way that Zoho CRM is anything but difficult to utilize. The setup and style is basic that it permits pretty much anybody with some kind of PC learning to begin. Zoho is online CRM tool so it requires strong internet for perform perfectly and it’s bit hard for me to set up this tool for work because I have to do so many clicks for prepare. Integration with HubSpot would be very effective for our business. Sometimes it causes little errors and refuse to respond while using this tool on mobile phone. Fields and customs are not well connected and reporting feature has lacking. As Zoho is an online tool so it also has some limitations which makes our work little bit complex.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho best CRM tool and feature of this tool are fantastic, it allows us to introduce our product in market and easily get customers for further deals. Zoho integrate well with social media applications. We can customize our product and get reasonable reviews of customer for make changes in our product.
