I use Zoominfo daily to fill information gaps for prospects that are passed along to me, I find through prospecting, or need research on. I love being able to easily use the integration (nice job on the recent updates to it btw for Chrome). I love that you listen to your community, and am very happy to be using ZoomInfo for my enriching.
I know that you have a sales lead searching portion of your platform, however I simply find it easier to use Sales Nav's platform for mass & batch prospecting. I do not know what would make me transfer to using yours solely.
ZoomInfo is allowing me to gather better data into the accounts and prospects that I am research. I am often able to grab great information about a company and their information from ZoomInfo. Zoominfo is also finding me the best email and contact phone numbers for my prospects!

It would be nice to have more intent options available at our current subscription level. The ones we have selected currently have led to great success!
I have found the ability to quickly and accurately uncover the right contacts. It's beneficial to see how they scored in terms of the validity of the information. My territory and the sector I am involved with change often, so this allows me to expedite my prospecting and begin engaging the target audience with confidence.

SalesOS solves the age old problem of finding the right person to approach when looking for new customers.
I don't want to spend all of my time researching contact information. As a BDR, I need to use my time actually curating specific contact lists and ZoomInfo helps me to do that.
There are some features that we don't subscribe to yet, but we have sent a wish list to my manager.
I love ZoomInfo for intent data. I've gotten a lot of meetings from it this past year. My team is also prepping to add the chat feature, and I'm excited to see how that will lead to more meetings.

The data is so much more accurate than other sales channels! Customer Support, Ease of Use, Frequency of Use, Number of Features, Ease of Integration!

I can sort and parse every business I'm looking for into one list. I've been using this for 3+ years now, and it worked OK. Now, the list and sort features are so much better I can create multiple campaigns and save my results for later.

Leads and qualified contacts. Either I have a name, and no info as to if a lead is worth calling, or I have a great company and no one to call. Now, I have the FULL company info and multiple qualified decision makers to call.
Its insights related to accounts and contacts, intent mapping is amazing, Features wise it is loaded
In Europe it somtimes doesnt works as effectively as cognism
It gives details about prospect which lot of tools doesnt give
User friendly, higher availability of customer credentials compared to other lead generation tools, information is mostly accurate, easy extension to browser, ease of implementation, good customer support,frequency of use,ease of integration.
It doesn't give much information on APAC leads, can't use multiple logins at the same,
It helps me save lot of time for account mapping and gathering data which increases my productivity and helps me reach more clients for introduction of our services and solutions.
