The best thing I love about Zoominfo is it gives information about the prospect along with the email phone which helps me reach them faster. It is very Easy to use and implement. I use it almost every day. It helps me integrate with outreach which is the best part of it.If there is any concern the support is also provided.
If the information provided is more accurate it will be amazing as some prospects are no longer with the company but even then they are have been shown
It solves the problem of getting the prospect's Full name email phone number which is the most important part for sales
I like the intent and websights tools the most because they allow me to determine people's interests better.
I don't dislike anything, but I would love a feature that shows private companies that recently sold their interest in the business.

ZoomInfo is very intuitive for the user and I find it to have (mostly) up-to-date information on the available contacts. Features such as Intent, WebSights, Lists, etc are vital in my day-to-day outreach and aid me in reaching my quota.
For some accounts, there are many missing email addresses for contacts. I feel as though there should be some suggested auto-generated email address feature based upon the format of known email addresses in the account.

It is very intuitive and has great features around finding accurate details about leads and learning the hierarchy in the company. The implementation was easy giving me a easy way to implement the data from my CRM. I ahve been more and more dependant on how finding customer details frequently. I have not had to use the customer support as the features have been seamless for me.
Sometimes I will not be able to find information around smaller companies where most of my leads come from.
ZoomInfo is currently solving my problem of not having sufficient data to go after a lead. The extra edge I receive from this really helps me understand business structure and find the right contacts in the company.

Least helpful is when linkedn link of some members is not available.
