Easy to use tool with customizable lead filters that reduce time spent on mundane tasks. Their customer support assisted with the onboarding over a quick call. I use it on a daily basis to call, connect and verify leads. It integrates with most of the CRM tools and very intuitive to implement.
The pricing needs to be more flexible depending on the business use case. Would love more reporting and export options.

It has multiple features like profiling customer, real time insights and information about company financial is something I would recommend the frequency to use everyday.
Zoominfo doesn't have alot of data for Nordic businesses. It is very expensive for small business.

It has all the information about the prospect which you need in presales, sales and account management

It is most helpful in acquiring leads' company information like their direct number, mobile number, email, revenue, HQ number, and even their technology insights. The scoop functions are also helpful in finding the current important news in the company which helps bring prospects on board with that information. The advanced filter option in Zoominfo helps find companies and leads more easily with good precision.
The leads data in Zoominfo is not reliable sometimes like the numbers and emails being wrong. If the lead has left the organization or others it's taking longer to update when compared to other sales intelligence tools like LinkedIn Navigator. When inactive companies show up in Zoominfo, there is no other information about the company like a different company acquisition, closure, or other issues. The technology insights available for the middle companies are very few and not available for many companies. There is no option to find out the ZoomInfo day-to-day count for individual log-ins to avoid the credit count from running out.

ZoomInfo is expensive and is not very effecient for APAC leads.
It provides great accuracy in contact discovery,which helps outreach the right party contact with ease and saves lot of time and help in generation more meetings for sales team. It also helps to generate accurate bulk data base, which can be uploaded in outreach tools for faster calling.
As far as i have seen Zoominfo has been one of the best tool to upload contacts and reciee relevant leads with full accuracy. Easy to integrate and upload .csv filt and het accurate results. Very valid Customer are given as output when automated from Zoominfo. Easy to implement and import into G-sheet the desired results. Very quick customer Support call back. My frequency of use has increased from once a month to two times a week.
Nothing to Dislike about this tool. Very Useful on the professional front.

ZoomInfo is easy to use, it helps in identifying right personas and additional insights on current accounts. It is easily implemented doesn't require lot of technical know how, the customer service is prompt and helpful. I would recommend to use it everyday for hunting and demand generation role. It is also easy to integrate with other tools within an Organisation.

ZoomInfo is helping me in identifying buyer personas, real time insights, profiling the customer which helps in hyper personalisation of outreach.
I like that there are several filters for removing prospects and that it has become more tied into ZoomInfo Engage. The layout is pretty good and with the new updates, adding them to sales flows is now a breeze. I also like that you can filter OUT keywords when searching for prospects.
I wish we could drag and sort by columns. I know you can edit some out, but the layout can leave a lot to be desired in some cases. I also wish some company entries could be consolidated. For example, Gold Medal Industries and GMI in Ohio could be combined because it's the same company. It'd also be nice if a line on the main page showed if a company is a subsidiary of another company. For example, Quaker Oats is owned by PepsiCo or Bulk Apothecary is owned by Natural Essentials. I also wish that it would include an office/country HQ phone number. For example, if a company is based in Germany the HQ number is always that German number instead of a certain country's HQ. So if I'm in the US, I'd like to see the US' HQ number there istead of Germany's.
It helps me by having the information all in one section. When I was with another company, we had to find all that information ourselves and gatekeepers made it very hard. ZoomInfo SalesOS will (often) tell me their direct number, business email, what branch they're in, etc. This helps me prospect properly instead of wasting my time trying to skirt around a gatekeeper or trying to figure out a name to contact.
the most helpful thing about zoominfo sales OS tool is the level of database they provide. and the upside of using zoominfo for us is that we have alot of services to offer and our marketing team needs the large database to share our whitepapers so it becomes easily and the conversion rate is good.
the least helpful thing is having the event tab, the event tab are not updated

Best thing is the verified data in it, they have alot of contact information not just email id and mobile number, we use it to build case study and use cases for the customers
