"The best CRM of All time. "
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Everything, Sales Reports tie in perfectly to Marketing Campaigns so it is easy to see how your sales activity supports overall revenue goals. Changeable themes so everyone can feel like the CRM is personalized. Easy to use and adopt.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Everything is perfect. There is nothing really I Can say problematic about this CRM. Maybe for others who would immediately jump to Salesforce because it is known. Don't.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

All in one solution that is fast and reliable. As a small company, you will likely have a lot of software sales options. This is the complete package.

"AgileCRM is a great asset in our business"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Big fan of the customizable deal tracks that's what brought us to AgileCRM, it fit our sales cycle vs. trying to conform our business into the rigid stages of other CRM systems we tried. Since coming on board we've been able to incorporate AgileCRM as the centerpiece of our operations, sales cycle management, marketing, service ticketing. We've used their API's to integrate into to our backoffice as well.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Not as Mobile friendly as it could be but that's a short term deal I know they're working on it and they've always delivered home runs on feature improvements. The landing pages are a great example when we first onboarding they were a bit clunky but we submitted feedback as others probably did as well and now they're extremely user friendly and look fantastic.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The all in one is incredible, we manage our sales cycle, do landing pages, email campaigns is great tool hands down. We've been able to eliminate a lot of costs with other software services because AgileCRM has so many tools and services built in. AgileCRM has become the hub of our operations.

"Powerful, flexible CRM + Marketing = Great Value"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

What I like best about Agile CRM is that it's an all-in-one solution. You get all the necessary CRM features, plus marketing integration. Other platforms cost a lot more and require "upgrading" to include marketing.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

The only (slightly) negative thing I can think of, is that the sales funnel probability is only set when you create the opportunity. Most CRMs will increase the probability (and therefore, the expected value) as you move it through the sales funnel.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has allowed me to focus more directly on income-producing activities, managing sales and automating marketing.

My experiences with Agile have been incredibly good. The service from all areas has been incomparable. The system is unbeatable for functions It is easy to set up custom fields to satisfy most needs even in the lower priced versions I highly recommend these people

I have a vision impairment and the system does not have an option that assists that condition

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

The integrated ticketing system in the support option works really well. Love that i can forward my e-mails to become a ticket that my team can handle. Going from running my workload on my own to sharing it has been really difficult, but Agile has given the platform to be able to do this without having to integrate expensive functionality into my website.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I would like some of the ticket screens to be linked to the sales page - but that is just because i treat my tickets as leads that i want to assign to my colleagues. Plenty of scope never the less.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Trying to scale up from working alone to working with a team. Agile has helped this process and enabled the team to interact and see the bigger picture.

"One of the smoothest CRMs to use"
What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Having used many other CRMs in the past, I believe that AgileCRM found the formula to make it simple while covering the main functionalities that you would need in a CRM. Since we have implemented AgileCRM I could feel our sales processes got a lot better and the team really being more efficient while using the tool. I highly recommend Agile CRM.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

There is only a minor item I dislike related to the fact that within the knowledge base, I can't add a private article and be the only one to access it. I have reached out to the team and they working on including it in their upcoming release.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are aiming at implementing automation as much as possible. Agile gave us an amazing framework to start with and the flexibility to adjust according to our specific needs.

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

Easy to manage contacts and select that you need right away. Campaigns and reports are easy to manage as well.

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

Nothing as of now that I can think of. The Support team is always here to help and with exoecrtise.. it's all good expecrtice.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

My business is art and I am sending my art news letter to my people. Generating new leads using Campaigns and expanding our business

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

A good platform for even the "non techie" to understand

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

We initially had some issues with our Agile CRM. Their customer service came through for us! After having difficulties trying to get this CRM to work for how our company schedules appointments. They found a work around that works well for us. I am very impressed with how the went the extra mile to make sure we are happy.

What do you like best about Agile CRM?

- Full G-Suite integration (Calendar, Gmail). Probably the most important thing on our small team is to understand the daily schedules of each member. Agile allows everyone to use one platform to funnel their workload, their deals and minimize time spent jumping from program to program. - Customizable landing pages - you may not understand the need right now, but our team had been using a 3rd party website for years to collect leads, customization and design were always a problem and as time moved on it began to appear more and more outdated. Agile allows the creation of customizable landing pages which allowed us to extend our brand to our online lead-generation site. - Client Timelines - This feature helps us easily track when things are being done for specific clients rather than relying on handwritten notes - each email to a client is logged (even if you continue using your preferred email system) and can easily be reviewed using the basic client interface

What do you dislike about Agile CRM?

I am not a fan of the "Powered by Agile" tag that appears on emails to clients, nor am I happy with the constant reminder to upgrade plans. I also would like a little more customization within deals to make it more specific to our business type.

What problems is Agile CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have found that our time spent jumping between apps has hugely decreased. Having a one-stop system has allowed us to focus more on the business and less on the business management.
