While powerful, some of the key features and infrastructure are still under development.

All my communication methods are able to easily connect allowing for all communications to be in one spot. I also like how easily customizable the console is.
I have not found anything I dislike about Gorgias.

I love that you have all platforms at one spot, instead of different programs for chat, calls and emails. It's simpler and it doesn't feel as cluttered as I don't have so many tabs opened.
When having abusive chats, I wish there was a way to ban users. Also, when doing emails, I also wish there was a delete email option, as sometimes emails will bounce back, and I would like the option to simply delete the email.
Not having so many tabs opened at once as it is all platforms together. I also love that you can see all the customer's information on the right side when emailing them
The platform has helped make our customer service team more efficient. Being linked to Shopify & Narvar allows our client support team to view all previous communications, order history and any return transactions on one screen. We're responding quickly and can resolve tickets with fewer conversations. It's been like adding an extra CS agent.
Nothing that is a deal breaker. It's worked well for us in the 6 weeks that we've used it. Support has been excellent. Some of the documents could be more specific to our needs but that's really our issue and not gorgias's issue
It saves time looking for orders, the interface is easy to read. Our response times have improved significantly and our CS team has been less frustrated as all the information they need is in one place.
Gorgias has a very simple yet powerful user interface that makes categorizing, delegating, and organization a breeze. I never thought a CRM software could be this comprehensive
Gorgias has a seemingly small team that can sometimes take a longer time to produce new changes. They are not the size of Apple or Google though so it should be viewed with perspective.
Gorgias helps us connect with our customers in a highly effective manner. It's built-in CSAT emails help us gather ongoing feedback, and metrics help us diagnose previous work.
I like that everything we need is in one spot. Our emails, chats, phone calls all come in to one system. It was easy to learn as well.
Sometimes the constant updates make the program run slow.

Gorgias has the most user-friendly interface of all CS platforms I have used. The support team is also very responsive when you have questions. I would recommend it to everyone needing a CS Platform for their business needs.
Something that I would like to see in future iterations of Gorgias is improvement with regards to satisfaction survey. As of the moment, it's very limited and doesn't have a lot of options.
Gorgias makes Customer Service easy and organized. With views and rules, one can easily personalize the things that you need to see when you check your CS platform.
