We have used live chat in the past, however, it wasn't targetted, so when we had any discounts running on our site we also had to have banners. With targetted chat, we can get rid of the banners which have helped conversion.

The help desk functionality is a bit basic, it's not easy to create a "ticket" and solve it later. I do think the good chat experience more than makes up for it.

A few times the platform has been unstable or features stopped working after a release. But the team has been quite fast to fix the bugs.

Basic features are very easy to use. The mobile version is a fantastic extra that litterally makes it possibloe to answer client questions from your smartphone. The knowledge base is easy to use and a very good tool to help clients fast and give consistent answers. The help team of Helcrunch themselves is super kind, quick response, knowledgeable and friendly
The large amout of features is a little overwhelming. The auto messaging, pop ups and bot flows really need extra explanation when you are not used to setting these things up. I miss instructuion videos to explain the set up of the above features.
Client questions when people use our software. Helpcrunch allows us to assist immediately and prevent our clients from experiencing frustration, anger and rage that is commen when computer software does not react the way you would like to.
We have used the platform for 9 months and have experienced constant development of features and great support when needed. They also take our feedback into consideration and have released several features that meet our demands.
Reporting could be improved. We use tags on the chats to be able to report and learn from the topics, but there is no easy way of doing this at the moment.
Customer support. It is really good to be able to help the customers right in context and we have the customer data right on our screen.

The mobile application often does not work properly, it is common to see deficiencies in its performance as it is slow, which prevent working with the desired comfort. From my point of view I can say that the service needs documentation for beginners, since the system is so wide that it is very easy to get lost in all the functions that exist.

Helo crunch's ease of use. I got up and running on the platform in less than 5 minutes. The introduction UI gave me an up to speed breakdown of what I can do and where to go to get things done. I like that I can integrate the live chat system into my WordPress websites and also integrate it into an app if I choose it. it takes the edge off live chatting with customers to provide quality customer service
the Helpcunch platform doesn't have a mobile app for live chatting with customers. I got the subscription because I thought the platform had a mobile app like the WordPress mobile app that allows website owners to log in and edit or update their website. The mobile application support they have allows users to integrate the livechat system into their mobile app development. This is really cool but not what iIwas expecting...
SO far, I have encountered no problem. My use of the live chat system has been great so far. No complaints, only commendations. And I believe that if I should run into any problem at a later time, the support team would be there to help out.
Very clean GUI, and fast response windows
HelpCrunch has been our only chat channel. I have no complaint so far.
The auto message feature is very easy to use. Basically, we just have to chat and forget, don't need to worry about follow up anymore. .
What I like best about Helpcrunch is the customization of the widget. They seem to have thought about every possible option and make it really easy to design your chat widget exactly the way you want. But the customization also goes into the email, the knowledge bases, and all the other features they have. The UI/UX is well designed and the features are very extensive. The other great feature in Helpcrunch is the ability to tightly integrate it into your app or process via the javascript api.
One thing I do not like is the emails all run through HelpCrunch and in the format domain.helpcrunch.com. I wish there was a way to deliver the emails via your own mail server, more tightly integrated with your brand. The only other thing I can wish for improvement in is the integration with Slack. While you can get notification of incoming chats via slack, what would be excellent is to be able to reply back to those incoming chats via slack.
Helpcrunch solves a few problems, first and primarily live chat, but they also offer a lot of personalized popup displays and email marketing based on the activities of your users. It's great for an in-app experience but also works well with anonymous users on a corporate website.
The ease of use and setup with my WordPress sites makes it very quick and easy.
Not everything is customizable on the message app.
Lead communication, memberships
The 3 in 1 is concept is great and at a very good price, the company seems to care about the users and continue to improve based on feedback. We have been using this for almost a year and we are very happy with it and have made interactions with our customers much easier. The chat is the main feature that we use on a daily basis and has worked great for us and our customers.
There are few things that I have not been able to figure out but I'm sure I will but with that everything is working fine

It has all the features I need and the price is super!
It sometimes feels like that some functions work and sometimes don't. The function that I as a supporter can see what the client is typing is suddenly not working anymore.
It reduces the hurdle of a customer to talk to us if they need help. E-Mail can be too much of a pain. And with live chat you can easily just start typing and it's not so official.
It is easy to setup with javascript, and it is running smoothly and easy.
At the moment, there is no support for multiple languages in the knowledge base.
We are switching from Intercom to HelpCrunch because Intercom is too expansive for reaching many users as we have.

Easy to use and learn and compared to other similar products it's very affordable, especially for small business which have a limited budget. Great tool for both support and marketing purposes.
