Instantly Pros and Cons
- Flat-fee pricing with unlimited sending accounts and unlimited warmup
- Strong built-in deliverability tools (authentication, inbox placement testing, domain rotation)
- Built-in lead database with enrichment and verification
- Powerful AI features (sequence generation, reply agents, Copilot, AI CRM)
- Wide set of integrations and automation capabilities
- Higher-tier features require larger jumps in price and multiple plan types (Outreach vs Credits vs CRM vs Inbox Placement) can increase complexity and cost
- Lack of clear UI localization/multi-language support and limited information on mobile apps
- Details on advanced role-based permissions are unclear
- Dependency on correct domain/email setup for deliverability; misconfiguration can degrade performance
- Data residency/storage appears US-based which may concern non-US clients
Instantly’s annual discount on Hypergrowth saves you 20% and takes 20% of your sending away. Switch the toggle from Monthly to Yearly and the price drops from $97 to $77.60 — but the allowance drops from 125,000 emails a month to 100,000. Both work out to $0.000776 per email, to six decimal places. The saving is exactly cancelled by the cut. Nothing on the page mentions the allowance changing; you have to flip the toggle and watch the small print under the price. The product itself is excellent — 4.9 from 1,678 Findstack reviews, the highest-rated substantial listing in this series — which makes the pricing page the only thing worth arguing with.
- What it is: Cold email infrastructure — unlimited inboxes, automated warmup, sequences and deliverability tooling.
- Best for: Agencies and sales teams sending real volume, where the flat-fee model beats per-inbox pricing.
- Pricing: $47–$358/month; Growth $37.60 and Hypergrowth $77.60 annually. Verified August 2026.
- The honest catch: Annual billing on Hypergrowth cuts your email allowance by 25,000.
What Is Instantly?
Instantly is cold email infrastructure. Where most email tools charge per seat or per connected inbox, Instantly charges a flat fee and lets you connect unlimited email accounts with unlimited warmup — which is the entire commercial argument, and a strong one for anyone running outbound at scale.
The platform spans sequences and automation, A/Z testing, a global block list, reputation protection and bounce detection, a unified inbox, analytics, and API/webhook integrations. Higher tiers add SISR — Server & IP Sharding & Rotation, giving dedicated IP pools — and Enterprise adds a Private Deliverability Network.
Pricing is split across three product lines, selectable as tabs: Outreach (the core sending platform), Instantly Credits, and VIP. There are further products alongside — SuperSearch for lead data and a CRM — each with its own rate card.
On Findstack it holds a 4.9 average from 1,678 user reviews. That is exceptional, and it should frame everything below: the criticisms here are about how the pricing page communicates, not about whether the product works.

Instantly Pricing
The annual discount that isn’t
Flip the billing toggle and compare the two states carefully:
| Price | Emails/month | Per email | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hypergrowth, monthly | $97 | 125,000 | $0.000776 |
| Hypergrowth, annual | $77.60 | 100,000 | $0.000776 |
Identical to six decimal places. The 20% price cut is matched by a 20% allowance cut, so committing to a year buys you precisely nothing per email — you simply buy less.
Contrast that with the entry plan, where the discount is real:
| Price | Emails/month | Per email | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Growth, monthly | $47 | 5,000 | $0.0094 |
| Growth, annual | $37.60 | 5,000 | $0.00752 |
Growth keeps its 5,000-email allowance and drops 20% in price — a genuine saving. Hypergrowth does not.
This is not disclosed. There is no asterisk, no footnote, and no “annual plans include 100,000 emails” line. The allowance simply re-renders when you move the toggle, and unless you were reading the fifth bullet on the card rather than the price at the top, you would not notice.
If you send more than 100,000 emails a month, annual billing on Hypergrowth is a downgrade. Check the allowance on the plan you are actually buying, in the billing cycle you are actually choosing.
Growth costs 12× more per email
The volume curve between the first and second tier is exceptionally steep:
| Plan | Per 1,000 emails |
|---|---|
| Growth, monthly | $9.40 |
| Growth, annual | $7.52 |
| Hypergrowth, either cycle | $0.78 |
| Light Speed, monthly | $0.72 |
Hypergrowth is roughly twelve times cheaper per email than Growth, for 2.1× the price. Growth’s 5,000 emails a month is about 165 a day — a single rep’s cadence, not a campaign.
The practical read: Growth is a trial tier wearing a plan’s clothing. If cold email is a channel you are actually running rather than testing, the economics point at Hypergrowth almost immediately, and the $50 difference pays for itself the moment you exceed ~5,300 emails.
Above that, the curve flattens hard — Light Speed is only 8% cheaper per email than Hypergrowth for 3.7× the price, so it is bought for volume headroom and SISR rather than for unit economics.
The machine-readable rate card contradicts the website
Instantly publishes an llms.txt — a 48 KB file written for AI agents reading the site. Unusually, it contains a complete rate card. It also disagrees with the website:
| Plan | Website | llms.txt |
|---|---|---|
| Outreach Growth | $47/mo, $37.60 annual | $37/mo, $30 annual |
| Outreach Hypergrowth | $97/mo, $77.60 annual | $97/mo, $77.60 annual |
| Outreach Light Speed | $358/mo | $358/mo, $286.30 annual |
Hypergrowth and Light Speed match. Growth does not — the file quotes $10 a month less, and $7.60 less annually.
One of the two is out of date, and there is no way to tell which from the outside. Buy from the website price, since that is what checkout will charge, but it is worth knowing that a buyer — or an AI agent — reading the vendor’s own machine-readable file would be quoted a different number.
To Instantly’s credit, the rest of that file is the most substantial llms.txt encountered in this series: founder history, product architecture, an explanation of SISR, and revenue figures that it explicitly flags as “third-party estimates; Instantly does not publish audited financials.” Labelling your own growth numbers as unaudited is a genuinely honest touch.
“Are you an AI agent? See pricing” — and there is no pricing
At the foot of the pricing page sits the line “Are you an AI agent? See pricing →”.
It leads to /ai-agents, a marketing page for Instantly’s AI sales agents product — “Meet Your AI Sales Team. Three agents. Every stage of the pipeline covered.” It contains no prices at all.
This is the second vendor in this series with that exact construct and that exact outcome. The link reads to an actual agent as “here is pricing for you”; what it delivers is a brochure about the vendor’s AI agent product. The intent — publishing something for machine readers — is ahead of the field. The execution points at the wrong page, particularly when a genuinely useful machine-readable rate card exists at /llms.txt and the link does not go there.
What actually decides your cost
- Which tier, where the jump from Growth to Hypergrowth is the single biggest economic decision.
- Your billing cycle on Hypergrowth, which changes the allowance as well as the price.
- Emails per month, the primary meter — 5,000 / 125,000 / 500,000.
- Uploaded contacts, a separate cap: 1,000 / 25,000 / 100,000.
- Which product lines you need — Outreach, SuperSearch and CRM are priced separately.
- Not inboxes. Unlimited email accounts and warmup on every tier is the thing that makes this cheap at volume.
Who Should Use Instantly
Instantly fits an agency or sales team running cold email as a real channel. The flat-fee, unlimited-inbox model is genuinely differentiating: competitors charging per connected mailbox get expensive fast when you are rotating fifty domains, and Instantly simply does not meter that.
Hypergrowth is the plan, and for most buyers the only one worth considering. At $0.78 per thousand emails it is twelve times better value than Growth, and 125,000 emails a month is enough for a serious outbound operation.
Light Speed fits high-volume senders who need SISR’s dedicated IP pools — at that scale deliverability infrastructure matters more than the marginal email price.
It fits badly for low-volume senders. Growth’s 5,000 emails a month at $9.40 per thousand is poor value, and anyone sending that little would do better with a general email tool.
It also fits badly if you were counting on the annual discount to stretch your sending — on Hypergrowth it does the opposite.
Honest Pros and Cons
What works well:
- 4.9 from 1,678 Findstack reviews — exceptional, and the strongest independent signal in this series.
- Unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup on every plan, including the cheapest.
- Flat-fee rather than per-inbox pricing, which is the real cost advantage at scale.
- A genuine 20% annual discount on Growth, with the allowance held constant.
- Prices published openly for three tiers, both billing cycles, with no quote-gating below Enterprise.
- Deliverability tooling included: reputation protection, bounce detection, global block list, A/Z testing.
-
An unusually rich
llms.txt, including architecture detail and an honest “unaudited” caveat on its own revenue figures. - SISR dedicated IP pools on Light Speed, and a Private Deliverability Network on Enterprise.
- Support improves with tier — chat on Growth, premium live above it.
What to watch:
- Annual billing on Hypergrowth cuts the allowance from 125,000 to 100,000 emails, exactly offsetting the 20% discount.
- That change is undisclosed — no asterisk, no footnote, only a re-rendered bullet.
- Growth costs 12× more per email than Hypergrowth and is best read as a trial tier.
-
The
llms.txtrate card contradicts the website on Growth: $37/$30 versus $47/$37.60. - “Are you an AI agent? See pricing” leads to a page with no pricing.
- Uploaded contacts are capped separately from emails — 1,000 on Growth is restrictive.
- Light Speed is only 8% cheaper per email than Hypergrowth despite costing 3.7× as much.
-
Email accounts and domains are extra — the
llms.txtquotes $5–10 per pre-warmed account and $15–30 per domain annually.
Instantly Alternatives and How It Compares
- Lemlist is the closest direct rival on multichannel sequencing, priced per user — the comparison to run if your team is small and your inbox count is low, since that is where per-seat pricing wins.
- Apollo.io bundles the lead database with the sequencer, which Instantly splits into SuperSearch as a separate purchase.
- HubSpot covers outbound inside a CRM you may already pay for, though it is not built for cold-email volume or inbox rotation.
- Mailchimp is the wrong tool for cold outreach — worth naming only because low-volume senders often reach for it, and Instantly’s Growth tier competes in that space badly.
- Smartlead is the nearest architectural competitor on unlimited inboxes and rotation, and the sharpest price comparison.
Smartlead does not currently have a Findstack listing, so it is named without a link, and we have not re-verified competitor pricing here.
The honest framing: Instantly wins on inbox economics and loses on low volume. If you are rotating many mailboxes, flat-fee unlimited accounts is hard to beat. If you send a few thousand emails a month, almost anything else is cheaper.
The Verdict
Instantly is a very good product with a rating to match — 4.9 across 1,678 reviews is not a number you argue with, and the flat-fee unlimited-inbox model is a real structural advantage for anyone running cold email at scale.
The pricing page is where the care is needed, in one specific place. Moving Hypergrowth from monthly to annual saves 20% and simultaneously reduces your sending allowance from 125,000 to 100,000 emails a month. Per email, the two are identical — $0.000776 either way. The discount is not a discount; it is a smaller plan at a smaller price, and the page does not say so. If you send above 100,000 a month, annual billing is a downgrade you are being invited to buy.
The tier choice is otherwise easy. Growth at $9.40 per thousand emails is twelve times more expensive than Hypergrowth at $0.78, and its 5,000-email allowance is about 165 sends a day. Treat Growth as a trial, and move to Hypergrowth the moment cold email becomes a channel rather than an experiment.
Two smaller things worth knowing. The llms.txt quotes Growth at $37/month against the website’s $47 — a $10 gap between a vendor’s machine-readable pricing and its own page, and a reminder to buy from the checkout price. And the “Are you an AI agent? See pricing” link leads to a product brochure with no prices, which is a shame given that a perfectly good machine-readable rate card exists one URL away.
So: pick Hypergrowth, and pick your billing cycle by volume rather than by the discount. Under 100,000 emails a month, take the annual price and pocket the 20%. Above it, stay monthly — you will pay more per month and get more sending, at exactly the same rate per email, which is the honest way to read this page.
FAQ
How much does Instantly cost?
Instantly’s Outreach plans are Growth at $47/month, Hypergrowth at $97/month and Light Speed at $358/month, with Enterprise custom-quoted. Annual billing reduces these to $37.60, $77.60 and $286.30 respectively — a 20% cut. Every plan includes unlimited email accounts and unlimited email warmup; the meters are emails per month (5,000 / 125,000 / 500,000) and uploaded contacts (1,000 / 25,000 / 100,000). Instantly also sells SuperSearch and a CRM as separate products, each around $47/month.
Is Instantly’s annual discount worth taking?
On Growth, yes — the price falls 20% to $37.60 and the 5,000-email allowance is unchanged. On Hypergrowth, no. Switching to annual drops the price from $97 to $77.60 but also drops the allowance from 125,000 emails a month to 100,000. Both come to $0.000776 per email, identical to six decimal places, so the discount is exactly cancelled by the reduction. The change is not flagged anywhere on the page — the bullet simply re-renders when you move the toggle. If you send more than 100,000 emails a month, stay on monthly billing.
Which Instantly plan is best value?
Hypergrowth, by a wide margin. At $97 for 125,000 emails it works out to $0.78 per thousand, against Growth’s $9.40 per thousand ($47 for 5,000) — roughly twelve times cheaper per email for 2.1× the price. Growth’s allowance is about 165 emails a day, which is a single rep’s cadence rather than a campaign. Light Speed at $358 for 500,000 emails is only about 8% cheaper per email than Hypergrowth, so it is bought for volume headroom and SISR dedicated IP pools rather than unit economics.
Does Instantly charge per email account?
No, and this is its main commercial advantage. Every plan includes unlimited email account connections and unlimited warmup, where most competitors charge per connected mailbox or per seat. For an operation rotating dozens of domains and inboxes to protect deliverability, that flat-fee model is substantially cheaper than per-inbox pricing. Note that the accounts and domains themselves are still a cost — Instantly’s own documentation quotes roughly $5–10 per pre-warmed email account and $15–30 per domain per year.
Why does Instantly’s llms.txt show different prices?
It does, and we could not determine which is current. Instantly publishes a 48 KB llms.txt containing a full rate card, which agrees with the website on Hypergrowth ($97/$77.60) and Light Speed ($358/$286.30) but quotes Growth at $37/month and $30 annually, against the website’s $47 and $37.60. That is a $10/month discrepancy between a vendor’s machine-readable pricing and its own page. Treat the website as authoritative, since it drives checkout. The file is otherwise the most substantial of its kind we have seen, and notably flags its own revenue figures as third-party estimates rather than audited.

Instantly is automating most of our cold email outreach effort.
Clean analytics page & ease of use. Domain importing and custom tracking domain setup is a walk in the park. Have had only good experience with the support team with pretty decent response times.
Custom range on campaign data is a bit clunky and sometimes spits out weird stats like "240% open rates".
Sending a high volume of emails that land in the inbox.
I like the platform's simplicity and user-friendliness. From lead scraping to setting up a full cold campaign, you are not alone. The support team is extremely helpful and the knowledge base is full of helpful content. It's a one stop shop from lead sourcing to lead outreach!
No complaints, I like it very much. There isn't anything I dislike about the platform.

My warmup emails on the receival side did not start after I contacted support, but they were very fast and helpful so it's not that big of a deal. Just check it a day after you start warming up.

The best thing I like about Instanly is that give me the opportunity to growth my business with new leads.
Maybe they lower the price for beginner accounts who just started in business.
It helps me reach more future clients.
I have extensively used many other cold email platforms, nothing comes close to instantly. instantly allows you to scale your cold emailing efforts to another level. The support team and community instantly has built provides you everything neeeded to ensure your success whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced veteran. Highly recommend!
Lack of mobile support. Unibox could use some improvements. Mind you they are constantly improving the platform and new features are rolled out constantly.
Cold email at scale.
The ease of use and the fact that it's an all in one solution for contacting interesting leads.
The pricing divided into 2 seperate parts isn't very clear. It's hardly a problem though considering the reaction time and enthusiasm of the support team. Also, my free credits for the lead finder were all used up just by setting up the filters, so in the end when the list was ready, I didn't have enough credits to see the list. However, it still gave me a good view of the potential of the tool.
Email marketing mainly and getting the message out to as much qualified leads as possible
Simplicity, ease of use and I'd say customer support
Maybe the price but not so much. At the end it's a software

I don't dislike anything about the software at all!
It's solving my problem of email deliverability the most! It warms up my emails up fast, well, & efficiently, and it makes my deliverability rate super high.
Great concept and customer service. I would highly recommend
I'm yet to experience a downside, I'm throroughly impressed with my whole experience to date.
Helping to avoid our emails ending up in spam and junk.
1. impressive AI integration 2. Awesome support. 3. Great UI. 4. Ease of use.
None. Instantly has the features I need.
The main impressive feature is leverage the AI with lead generation is very good move.
I have tried over 4 different cold email software tools, including Lemlist and Woodpecker. In the end I found Instantly the easiest to use in terms of software. Moreover, its clear the team has gone through a lot of effort to document in detail using Loom videos how to connect your email inboxes. With other platforms, this step would take way too much time and be very buggy, but not with Instantly. Setup is relatively easy, regardless if you're connecting Google or Microsoft inboxes. Their customer support team is solid and delivers on its promise. It has happened quite often that I would be working on something late at night or even in the weekend and I could still get my questions answered quickly. I have been using Instantly now for nearly a year at whenever I'm running a campaign, and I use it for all my cold email campaigns, I use it all the time. One of the killer features is that they allow you to connect as many inboxes as you want AND warm them up. I went from paying $150 per month just for warm-up up services to having it for free in Instantly. When it comes to integrating domains, Instantly is the easiest to use. They tell you exactly what you need to input into your DNS and run quick checks to validate things.
It happens quite regularly that I need to re-connect inboxes that have been connected for a long time. I am not sure and the team does not seem to know why. Luckily the process is relatively easy but I can do without.
It allows me to run effective cold outreach campaigns using email to try and find customers for our SaaS products. The platform does a great job of allowing me to warm-up multiple inboxes, and also use multiple inboxes for each campaign, allowing me to send many more messages that end up in the inbox of the prospect than when using other software tools.

None that I can think of. I like Instantly.ai overall.
Scaling the business and reaching out to different people easily.
As a software agency, we've found Instantly very useful for email marketing. Its user-friendly interface significantly streamlines our sales workflow. The standout feature is Instantly's Academy, a resource goldmine that we frequently utilize.
Nothing at the moment, so far everything has been working well.
Instantly streamlines our email marketing with efficient automation, targeted outreach, and insightful analytics
Easy to learn and use the system. I contacted customer support and got help right away.
Nothing that I can think of so far, at least.
That I can send uut emails in big scale.
This tool has remarkably simplified our email marketing and outreach initiatives. Its unique capability to prepare numerous email accounts and domains is a notable attribute, guaranteeing that our emails reliably land in our clients’ inboxes, not their spam folders.
the prices are bit on the higher side other than that i have not complains
very helpful on my business for cold emailing my potential customers
Instantly is very easy to use, quick to get started, and the support team is very helpful.
The CRM function could be better - with more options for coding/organizing, reminders, storing more lead information.
We are using Instantly for cold market email outreach.
I liked how whenever I needed technical support, someone was always there in a couple of minutes and actually guided me on how to fix something. In less than an hour I had the campaign running and the features were straightforward and did what was advertised.
I am not sure if this is something that I haven't discovered yet, but after an email bounces there is no button to just put it back in the campaign after you change the email. So you'd have to re-upload the lead in the campaign.
In short, it gets me connected to potential buyers faster and easier than I would do it alone. Saves tons of time.
Extremely easy set up, very detailed instructions. Even if you've never done anything with email verification, dmark, etc.
Nothing! Very simple, great team helping too,
Instantly helped to warm up new domains which can be used for outbound, or in our case for our newsletter. Saved our sending health!
Fast and helpful support, easy to use and understand. Many features available within the program. Available tutorials that can help me implement new things to my email campaigns. Easy to integrate with third party software. Able to use it on a daily basis.
Lead limit should be increased for the basic plan.
Allows me to send emails to people through campaigns without having to do it manually.
