Zdecydowanie zwiększyła mi się konwersja ludzi wchodzących na stronę na klientów. Od razu jak ktoś chodzi na stronę dostają powiadomienia i mogę bezpośrednio kontaktować się z tymi osobami zanim opuszczę stronę. Fantastyczne narzędzie które każdemu polecam.

Nie znalazłem żadnych negatywnych stron.

Dzięki tej aplikacji zarabiamy więcej bo mam bezpośredni kontakt z klientami.

What do you like best about Smartsupp?

It's easy to use and has a lot of features, including chatbots, AI automated chat, and integrations with popular WordPress plugins and services. I've been using it for a while now and it's helped me to improve my customer service and increase sales. Very easy to install and setup. Customer support is great, very responsive.

What do you dislike about Smartsupp?

The AI automated chat could be improved. Also the number of automatic respones can be increased.
