As one of the pioneering Kanban web-based project management platforms, more than 2 million teams are now using Trello worldwide since its launch in 2011. Trello is best known for its simple visual interface, with cards that can be moved across different columns. Each card holds all the information teams and assignees need to deliver on projects and execute tasks efficiently. Over the years, Trello has introduced robust improvements to its systems, which include a proprietary built-in and no-code automation feature called Butler. There are also add-ons called Power-Ups that allow teams to link your most-used productivity and business tools with Trello plugins.

I have been using trello since last 2 years to manage my company's project and assigning task to different teams. We as a team uses trello on daily basis to manage our daya to day tasks and project. It help us to keep everyone informed and aligned.
Everything is wonderful and the interface is really user friendly. I really don't dislike anything in trello. It is easy to use and simple tool. Nothing I would suggest to remove or improve.
Being in a diverse team, everyone works in a different region and time zone. It really helps to keep everyone up to date on each and every projects task and agenda. It keeps notifying about the timelines which is also a great feature.
The ease of seeing a process from start to finish is a game changer. Whether for personal projects or team collaboration, Trello has changed our entire work structure. We have boards for a return process, pricing requests, phone calls, and individual project boards. The automation and rules allow us to streamline our processes and efficiently layout precisely what needs to be done and timeframes. I cannot say enough about how good Trello is for everything that we do.
There is not much we can put as a downside. Some of the automations are made by a third party so you have to pay for them on top of what you pay Trello, but they are worth it.
We cut our time on projects in half when we started using Trello. We now have an actual process for doing order returns and shipping claims when we had to remember each step manually before. We have seen our entire team's efficeiency and energy go up thanks to Trello creating task lists tat now get done rather than a single team lead trying to facilitate.
Trello is one of the other brands but it has good features like a butler, the creation of cards, automating and scheduling the cards with a expiry. Archiving data but not deleting it.
Trello has everything so far I am using it for 1.5 years and till now there is no inclusion where themes make more appearance wiser to make it worthwhile. Sometimes cards make work easier to counter things.
Trello reminds the work schedules. Trello cards represent way of work which has to be assigned to teams. Trello has it unique human friendly vision where anyone can make use of it.
Easy to start and use. No difficult in user onboard or start to use
There should be some validation for the junk story and task creations

Super easy to use with a rich graphics interface. Lots of ongoing updates as well.
The dates on a card are a bit limited. I'd rather see that functionality improve.
Trello keeps me organized and provides reminders of task deadelines.
With Trello you can organize many different things well without losing track. I particularly like the clear structure of Trello.
The automations only work to a limited extent. For example, we use an automation where the card is copied from one board to the other. However, we change the titles of our lists regularly, which causes problems.
It used to be difficult to manage your own team. This works very well with Trello
The best thing about Trello is you can complete team tasks or client projects with a team quickly. Everyone can do their job and show the progress in one card, and all team members are updated.
It's just that sometimes the notifications are missed may be Trello can add a notification ring or something significant that can shop the announcements when working because when doing the task, the background notifications gets missed sometimes
Before Trello, we were using slack messenger, which was not too good as there were channels, not cards. But with Trello cards, it became easier to share files in one place.
About Trello I like the fact that is for everyone and you don't need previous experience with other task management apps in order to use it. Trello is suitable for professionals, students and for personal issues.
Sometimes is very limited because Trello only has the kanban view. The list view is for premium business users. The calendar view is only for each space so you can't have the total view for all your projects.
Trello gives me the opportunity to use a free software and start my projects in just a few moments because is very easy to use and install in all devices. I can connect Trello to my Google calendar and this is a must!
This application is essential for administrative management, allowing me to efficiently organize and monitor tasks and projects. What I like the most is its visual approach based on boards, lists and cards, which makes it easy to create a clear and structured system to follow the workflow. With Trello, I can create boards for different administrative areas, lists for the stages of each process, and cards for specific tasks. This gives me a complete and orderly view of the activities, allowing me to assign responsibilities and set deadlines to maintain rigorous monitoring.
I got very few negative details, although one of them is the lack of predefined templates for common workflows in administration can require more time and effort in the initial setup.
This application has helped me a lot because before I found it difficult to organize and follow up on tasks and projects in the department. With Trello, I have managed to establish a clear and transparent system to assign and monitor the responsibilities of my team. Additionally, the ability to add comments, attach files, and have conversations on each card has improved communication and collaboration among team members. This has streamlined administrative processes, optimizing productivity and ensuring timely delivery of results.
I absolutely love how you can create cards for each project that also allows you to create checklists, add pictures, links, etc, as well as organize stepped processes to keep any and all your business projects in order. It is so helpful to know where you are in the process as well as see everything related to your work and communication with a client.
I honestly cannot think of anything I dislike about Trello. I've used it since I was in graduate school, and I can't think of another platform that is better. I haven't come across one yet anyway.
Keeping clients organized so nobody is forgotten. It also helps with work management and getting tasks completed for efficiency and productivity.
Ease of use and their use of "cards" for outlining projects in progress and those upcoming makes it very visually appealing.
Overall there's nothing I dislike about Trello, but I feel that some companies don't trust it as much as other project systems because of its free usage.
I'm able to lay out my projects in a fashion that allows me to not only look at what's on my plate currently and what lies ahead, but also share easily with co-workers.
The ease of use and being able to add my clients seamlessly.
I have found that it is unable to show task dependencies
Trello helps me keep track of my daily tasks using just one platform
It is user-friendly, very customizable, intuitive, drag-and-drop, can attach forms, documents, and pictures, and can set milestones and deadlines. Free and paid versions are available as well.
It is a basic project management tool. it needs many add-ons to make a more powerful project management tool. It does not have the ability for billing or creating invoices.
Trello is helping me with keeping all my projects and keeping up with my projects in one place. I love the fact that it is also online and have a desktop interface so I can stay connected with my team and on top of my projects anytime anywhere.
The user interface and the ability to organisanise the workspace in no time is excellently delivered by Trello. I love making To-dos with Trello and it really helps us as a team to assign and complete tasks on time
Not a dislike but if Trello can also help us calculate our efficiency by tracking our work time, it will be a one stop destination for most of the corporate spaces.
Easy assignment allocations and team coordination with innovative features like commenting within each work head and being able to tag our peers for better coordination makes it professional yet easy to use
It helps the team members to work in perfect sync. It avoids the repetition of the work. The complete workflow of the project is easily managed and tracked, along with attachments and comments. A much more reliable and valuable tool.
There must be some only view access also. The master control must be with the manger. That means some users want to be restricted from changing the titles or the details in the task.
A complete workflow and Task of the project can be easily managed and tracked without any Confusion. Easy to track the process flow and producitivity of the team too.
Trello is low cost for small teams. It's easy to add and keep track of projects and assign to existing team members. We started our project management with Trello and it allowed us to easily manage projects from different departments.
If you want to separate out different departments, you have to toggle in between Trello boards, making it challenging to track. Trello can get very expensive quickly!
Trello allows me to easily manage projects and tasks within my team. It allows me to track simple projects within one window and create templates of recurring projects.
Our company choose Trello as our main project management tool because it's very user friendly and their pricing is very fair. Great collaboration features such as comments, attachments and team boards. It's web based so we are able to access the application form anywhere and it integrates well with slack.
We would like to see more customization options within the application.
Trello has enabled our different teams to collaborate on various projects. It's easy to use with very minimal training required. Very reliable customer support team and their pricing is very fair. Trello is aslo able to integrate with most application in the market.
The best thing about Trello is its simplicity and flexibility which helps users to be more productive. It is a powerful tool which help to organise the work and focused on the result.
The one feature it's lacking behind is a built-in time tracking and resource management feature which I think every user needs when they are working on a large project.
Trello solves our one-stop solution for managing our tasks and prioritizes them to get better results. It benefits me in the tracking of all the task at one place and also able to find where we need more attention.
I have used trello extensively, it amazed me with its easy if use and flexibility to customise the boards on top of its inbuilt templates. The much liked one is the kanban one. The checklist feature enables my team to add tasks to a card ( user story which we call them) and the responsiveness is trademark wether you use it on your table or mobile. It helps me check my teams progress on the move and keep the flagged on my impediment or blocker. I didn't have to gave my team a lengthy training on it for 1st time useres just a link been share JIT team stated off and everyone likes it in my team. Mostly it helped my team to stay on top their work items, and me to achieve MVP deadlines. I startup must have tool, and a PM and all leaders Must have arsinal.
I feel members been added should have their cards coloured differently. Looks like they have have it, if so I need to explore it.
In our current MVP delivery, the sponser were worries on deadlines and have lost lot of white board session and trello was suggested by me and here we are solved their much need problem in days time with no extra efforts on training. Easy to use and manage and creates focus among teams and keep on on track and helping us see our deadlines clearly.
