This software is a very sophisticated one as it helps track the cycle of the business in terms of accounts payable;e, receivable, income, and setting up payroll as well. From small to medium size businesses, it is perfect for bookkeeping needs.
I don't have any problem with Xero as it helps a lot for my bookkeeping needs plus it is not too complex to use.
Tracking my expenses and income all in one software is honestly very helpful.
Xero is unbelievable - it makes running our business so much easier. It's a one stop shop for managing our bank account transations, filing receipts and expenses, and processing tax and our VAT returns. Xero basically runs and contains our entire business - including client records and billing and everything in between.
The cost - £25 a month for an online database can seem steep, but I keep telling our team that it easily saves us that much every month in manpower. The integration of MTD for tax returns has been absolutely amazing - it means we can file VAT on time, every time.
It's allowed us to keep track of all our equipment and spending, and file receipts in a safe, secure, organised space where we can access for audits at any time. I only wish we'd used Xero from day 1 of the business!

I like the fact that it is really simple to use and it has same capabilities on your phone or on your laptop. The only difference is the 2-factor certification process you need to do on your phone to access Xero but it is worth it. It takes less than a minute to submit expenses - no spreadsheets no fuss around getting it right.
The only issue I had is that after you submit the expense, you are unable to edit it afterward. For instance, I entered the account name incorrectly and now it appears in our overall system and there does not seem to be any troubleshooting for this issue and any options to fully remove it.

The most significant thing about this software is that the banking dashboard in Xero makes it very easy to manage banking transactions. This program is user friendly and free with many invoices features which always makes happy because it enhanced our finance and accounts invoices and expenses and in this why, we can't worried about the financial condition. This software helps us so much to understand and learning about accounting.
The main disadvantage of this software is that Xero software completely removed all of its features, which is very convenient and helpful for the users but now there is no more any convenient feature like the service and customer records and the inventory tracking.
This software is super responsive and the extremely helpful for our business companies because by using this efficient tool, they can easily manage my accounts and invoices in a better way. So I can highly recommend it to everyone.

Being able to consolidate the files and check multiple bank accounts on one accounting package. Payroll system can work alongside xero to ensure invoices are actually being sent.
