I like how other systems can easily integrate other software can integrate into Xero. It matches transactions, so it is easy to reconcile at the end of the month.

When billing out a PO, you can bill it out more than the amount is for, and it can mess up with the financials on the balance sheet, etc. Also, when pulling reports, you must click on too many different things to get to where you want to go.

It allows things to be in one place without going to many other places. It integrates with other softwares and makes it easier than pulling reports manually from other places.

I am not happy when the bank feeds stop working.

i love the bankfeeds and the management report functionality. the dashboard optimisation makes it easy for me to get to daily usage information

Xero has a user-friendly interaction and provides a tutorial for each segment and. also; we can create a demo company for trial-and-error checks for accounting. I personally like the bank rules in bank reconciliation segment.

There are not many loopholes in this software compared with similar accounting software like ZOHO or MyOB, which has minimal customization. But the dashboard can be improved and integrated to export data to other software for preparing management reports. We already have the spotlight, but if we can bring more options, it would be better

As our business deals with the financing sector, we have thousands of bank reconciliation transactions every month. And also, we have many accounting entries to be passed every month, which can be automated and just checked by creating rules for reconciliations and cloning for repeating the statutory entries.

Xero is a great software but I think it would be helpful if they will be merging certain menus i.e. merging the organisation settings and financial settings so they're all in one place.

Xero provides a good detail of employees pay. It's easy to view the payslips and has a good UI.

There's not much I dislike about xero as a consumer of it. It provided payslips in a clear format.

It doesn't support multi-currency in inventories, in basic plans, only inexpensive plans. also, without learning/ or having some training, you can not use it. Although they have provided some supporting videos for learning.

It is cloud based, so it can be accessed from anywhere, it helps the owner. they can see their financial statements anywhere at any time. It is great in integration with other apps.

Xero is a great application for handling money related transactions. We can easily categorise the expenses and check the progress of the submitted expense.

On thing that I don't like is that we cannot track the time and I think as the app is all about expenses and money there should be a time tracing feature available.

One problem that Xero is solving is that we can send the invoices. Also if we don't remember what is the last date for the bills to be paid it helps us reminding the due date.

As I work in the company in which there main client is inventory related so it becomes easy for us to track the cost and expenses of the inventories through this software.

One thing which I didn't like is a price as a startup company price or cost is very important at the initial stage but the cost of Xero is bit high for us rest everything is good.

The features of Xero are pretty impressive. I integrated Xero into my application for managing transactions. I have also categorized the bank's transactions using the categories provided by Xero. For each transaction from Xero and category of transactions. I have created a task corresponding to that at Asana with the same transaction amount. We have added this functionality to solve the problem of transactions related to the project estimation and expenses.

Xero is very rich in features. I have not used all the features except fetching transactions of the current users and integrating Xero SDK and Xero js library for generating auth tokens. These all are very good and will be good if have any examples of implementing Xero authentication using the Rails application.

Simple to use, I love the ability to change account numbers in the chart of accounts. It's an all-around simple software.

It does take about two days for the bank feed to refresh, but it may be the bank I use. I also do which within an invoice you can mark it paid and keep the money personally, instead of doing an additional journal entry.
