Really like the WordPress integration and real time visitor tracking, we just don't have enough traffic at the point to justify the cost beyond the free trial, but in the future do plan to pay for the full version.
I don't like that I have to use wordpress logins to log into the software. I manage our website but I don't want to provide wordpress accounts for other team members just to use the software.
We love the advantage of having live chat support, but also only received 1-2 chats per week, so it was difficult to dedicate the resources to it at this time.
I love how I am able to keep all of my contacts organized along with all of my sales activities in one place. Zoho allows me to access real time sales data.
I haven't found anything that I truly dislike about Zoho. I have been able to use all of the features seamlessly with my existing database.
