In my work, I wear a lot of different hats and, while I like to learn, some subjects take longer than I have to give. One of those, it turns out, is learning how to code a Facebook Messenger bot. I needed something free and easy to use -- Chatfuel was miraculously the first tool I tried (and loved!).

I really can't complain much; the tool is free! I'd like to see more video functionality and for analytics to be built into the program, rather than provided by outside programs.

Server seems to slow down at busy times affecting user experience and bot performance.

We wanted a mental therapy bot that could interact with users in a human-like way. Linking out Chatfuel bot to Dialogflow has enabled the human-like user experience we were striving for.

I feel like there is room for opportunities to integrate more features, like validating data from a data base and scaling your chatbot through social media

Chatfuel helped me build a bot to help people identify violence in their relationships.

I used the blocks way to create a bot. Now I switched to flows and I love it ! Easy to understand, easy to manage, no skill in code needed, it's perfect ! And, it works ! I also like the way to manage time to time non recognised answers and act on what to say when a users types that, and those statistic features.

It's very specific but my price plan was not adapted for my usage. After a talk with the chatfuel team they solved it by adapting it and now it's perfect !

I use Chatfuel for a small game I created through the messenger chatbot. Now I can manage my game and the new flows even gives me ideas for some more !

Customer support is usually fast. They usually find an answer or report issues to Facebook.

Flows and blocks is a bit confusing. It seems like 2 different platforms sometimes.

The fact that it is easy to use and set up within a few minutes. The chatbot automation on Facebook and Instagram. Facebook messenger. Compared to competitors it is reliable.

The features of the software are very nice but it does not have SMS marketing features. By improving on features, especially SMS marketing. User interface and integration.

It is solving conversating with my customers and interactions online. Yes i am benefiting financially. Yes it has made me to be more productive. Yes it has improved my business.

Chatfuel keyword makes it easy to respond correctly to clients' and customers' requests and inquiries. Facebook messenger is the tool I use. Compared to competitors Chatfuel is very ideal to use for chat messenger automation.

As much I Chatfuel has a great keyword automation tool, the only thing it does not have is a multifunctional aspect especially SMS automation, and not having enough features for other social media chatbot abilities compared to Mobilemonkey.

Keywords that make it easy to answers clients' inquiries and requests for services needed. It has increased my productivity. Yes, it increased my business performance.

The JSON API plugin is super easy to use and you can connect to any third-party API.

The team doesn't listen for feature suggestions.

It can be cleverly integrated with many additional services using API which makes it even more powerful for marketing, automation and utilising data. It also has many excellent features, backend settings and a useful analytics section to make sense of the user data.

The user interface makes it difficult to visualise the flow of conversations and sequences. The interface and builder can also feel a bit "clunky" to use. This can take some time to get used to since it's not immediately intuitive. It does get much easier though, after spending time learning how to use it.

Connecting it with an online booking system where user data can be automatically passed over and back again, increasing functionality and conversions. The user attributes make it even more useful to collect data and build conversations and sequences that are tailored to particular actions or responses.

I like the way they set up the various menus for creating chatbots. They make it easy to organize and quickly build out the chatbot.

There are some limitations to the platform when compared to building a custom bot. Also, all data lives on their platform which means that if a customer wants to leave them, they give up their customer data.

Proof of concepts, demo chatbots, and prototyping - helped proved out interface concepts before investing in development.
