I liked how easy it was to connect to the host. I was emailed a link to use for a webinar and it was actually super simple. The set up was easy and the picture wasn't super grainy nor was the sound distorted.
I'm unsure if it cost the host any money to set up the webinar but it seems like a good product, I have nothing bad to say.
It was nice to stay available for colleagues while still being able to attend a webinar and get information that I needed. It was nice how the host could go from webcam to PowerPoint presentation pretty seamlessly
The system is sleek and easy to use, there is very little learning curve and clients have given positive feedback after attending GoToWebinar (probably the most important feedback we can get!). It has a modern feel and integrates nicely with our other software solutions. Their meetings are easy to add to your calendar, and it's easy to customize the look/feel of communications to registrants/attendees.
When switching screens from one presenter to another, their is a brief moment of downtime where the presentation comes down and a placeholder screen is visible. It is also easy for attendees to screen scrape thanks to a screenshot option - it's not so big of a con that it affects us, a user will get a screenshot one way or another if they really want one.
We have been able to replace outdated webinar platform with GoToWebinar for our client-facing educational demo series. GoToWebinar is a clean, intuitive system when previous software has felt clunky and outdated. This is a smooth, easy-to-use software for clients and employees alike.
I've never had to look for another webinar service since I've always had a good experience with GoToWebinar. I like how simple it is to get started, that you can "practice" your webinar before going live, the screen share option, and how easy it is to add and navigate your powerpoint presentation. It's also available via the app so people can easily connect from anywhere. As an attendee, I've never had a problem with the audio on the app, but I've never used the app from the admin end (and I'm not even sure if that's possible).
Price is a bit high for a single person business, but worth it if you are hosting webinars/meetings for a large number of people. For myself, the GoToMeeting free is all I need. As my business grows, I might upgrade to the Pro.
This is a GREAT way to expanding your marketing reach. For my health coaching business, I've used GoToWebinar to provide informational webinars that I allow my clients to invite their friends to.
I like the ability of having virtual meetings.
The software is good for right now haven’t had any issues.
I have been able to attend meetings that I would otherwise couldn’t be a part of.
GoToWebinar is very similar to the GoToMeeting product. It is simple to use. Additionally, if needed, LMI offers trained meeting hosts to run the meeting for you.
It is somewhat cost prohibitive for an annual license.
We host company wide, department wide and team wide meetings using this software. It has been a lot better than just voice calls. You now can have screen sharing, presentations, video and much more
Pretty simple to use tool, great extensibility and has all the features you need to ensure you get the job done.
Like with all tools there are limitations such as # of involved parties or attendees, etc, but unless you are hosting a multitude of people you should be good to go.
We solve hosting large webinars for a decent size population of users, customers, partners, alliances, vendors, etc. We have a small team that run them so having a tool that is agile and nimble is a requirement.
Links are easy to access and the webinar is easy to log into.
The "hand up" feature was confusing at first. When you raise your hand in a webinar, the icon looks like the hand is down, and vice versa.
We have trainers in numerous states and in between on site sessions we use this app to hold follow up meetings.
Once you get the hang out GoToWebinar it makes scheduling and creating new webinars easy with its copy feature.
Sometimes GoToWebinar does not work on all softwares. So be wary and make sure that it works before starting your meeting.
GoToWebinar makes meeting's wth other's in the country a lot easier. It allows us to stay connected when others are working in remote locations
User friendly. I use the app version. I was able to download the app, and log into my meeting without any issues. Very clear voice/sounds.
There really wasn’t anything that I disliked about this product.
I am able to tune in to local Infection Control webinars, join in group discussions, and connect with others around me.
I like the ability to screen share, as well as conduct a voice and visual meeting with many team members no matter their location.
Sometimes my computer audio does not work and I have to dial in to hear/speak with a landline, but this may be my computer and not the software.
Global and Regional meetings online. We are able to discuss timely information with an online presentation.
