The application occasionally becomes unresponsive and the features are not updating in real time. That includes delays in showing and closing chats. However, it is still easy to access.
It is easy to assist the customer and can provide the accurate and correct resolution needed. To make them satisfied and happy with the help they needed. It is also easier to understand.
Intercom is accessible and friendly-use. The macros are easy to find since the the system is well designed the information can be easily accessed and easy to understand.
The system sometimes hangs and there was a delay in showing and closing chats. Also, sometimes the macros does not show for few minutes, a disadvantage since there was a time limit.
It is to make the customers happy and satistied with the resolution provided. It benefits us since we are assisting the customer the conversation will flow smoothly.

Would like to see best features for tier II and tickets management. It doesnt make sense to me that it's still so lighweight on that.

There are numerous things that I like best about Intercom. First is the user-friendly method and its overall composition. The graphic design is modern and easy on the eyes, with this, it helps every method convenient and as easy as rocket science.
It was close to perfect, but if there's one thing that I think would be an improvement in Intercom, it's the latency that I rarely encounter. Furthermore, it's also the access that is for full users only like the number of tickets you processed per day. I hope that access like that, would be eligible for all users/consultants.

For the customers, I was able to respond to them on-time with correct, professional, and accurate grammar because of Intercom Digital Customer Service Bots, with this, customer concerns and feedback have been a satisfaction and motivation to do my work.
