What do you like best about Intercom?

It's great to hear that you find Intercom easy to use since the macros were already provided and the directions are easy to access. With the features available, you can easily find what you need in order to make the most of the platform.

What do you dislike about Intercom?

The application occasionally becomes unresponsive and the features are not updating in real time. That includes delays in showing and closing chats. However, it is still easy to access.

What problems is Intercom solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is easy to assist the customer and can provide the accurate and correct resolution needed. To make them satisfied and happy with the help they needed. It is also easier to understand.

What do you like best about Intercom?

Intercom is accessible and friendly-use. The macros are easy to find since the the system is well designed the information can be easily accessed and easy to understand.

What do you dislike about Intercom?

The system sometimes hangs and there was a delay in showing and closing chats. Also, sometimes the macros does not show for few minutes, a disadvantage since there was a time limit.

What problems is Intercom solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is to make the customers happy and satistied with the resolution provided. It benefits us since we are assisting the customer the conversation will flow smoothly.

Would like to see best features for tier II and tickets management. It doesnt make sense to me that it's still so lighweight on that.

What do you like best about Intercom?

There are numerous things that I like best about Intercom. First is the user-friendly method and its overall composition. The graphic design is modern and easy on the eyes, with this, it helps every method convenient and as easy as rocket science.

What do you dislike about Intercom?

It was close to perfect, but if there's one thing that I think would be an improvement in Intercom, it's the latency that I rarely encounter. Furthermore, it's also the access that is for full users only like the number of tickets you processed per day. I hope that access like that, would be eligible for all users/consultants.

What problems is Intercom solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are numerous problems that have been solved by using Intercom. For the customers, I was able to respond to them on-time with correct, professional, and accurate grammar because of Intercom Digital Customer Service Bots, with this, customer concerns and feedback have been a satisfaction and motivation to do my work. Intercom solved problems that users are always encountering, and it is a big thanks to the engineering team who worked hard to make Intercom accessible.
