The best part of integrating Infusionsoft into my business is saving me time by automating all those daily repetitive tasks.

There is quite the learning curve in order to figure out all that's possible, but the Infusionsoft team provides tons of examples on how to.

As I begin automating my business I realized there's so much more that can be automated allowing me to more spend time learning and focus on more ways I can be of better service to my customers.

I like how the app works well with my the CRM and how easy it is to tag and follow up with customers

It took a while to learn, its not simple but worth learning , the tagging system works well and is easy to use once set up

Being able to keep up with which client purchased what product and worked with which team member what a challenge as we grew. We no longer have that problem. We have also effectively created tags allowing us to track client successes.

I really like the visual campaign builder, definitely makes it easier to see what you'r doing and make sense of it.

I disliked ( past tense ) the learning curve but once you're up and running the ideas just keep coming.

I've been using InfusionSoft since the early days of the red & black logo. I became a partner in 2015. In August 2017 I pivoted my business and was no longer a partner. I was no longer using InfusionSoft or any other CRM for that matter. I know the value of time and automation processes. InfusionSoft does too. In August 2017 I had no processes in place, and I only had two new clients that month. Fast forward to July 2018, after talking with Jillian Littlejohn about the progress of InfusionSoft and all the changes they have made to their Partner Program and the application itself, I thought I give it another go. Jill made me an offer I could not pass up. My first year anniversary for my new business was fast approaching, and I wanted to double the number of people I worked with coming into this new year, so I quickly built out a 3 month follow up campaign for sales appointments, I completely automated my onboarding process and I created a WOW campaign to make sure my customers were happy with my service. In August 2018, I did not double the number of new clients; I tripled the number of new clients for that month. Yes, the automation worked like a charm. In less than 30 days I on-boarded 6 new clients.

I don't like that I have to use a third-party paid application like Zapier to have my Calendly appointments added to my prospect list. I do this manually. I also wish that the iPhone Application (I'm still on the legacy version of IS) would allow me to work in my internal forms so that I do not have to be on my computer for sales calls.

InfusionSoft is the backbone of our personal training business - it manages all of the processes and automates the client lifecycle.

A little difficult to learn in the begining but with time you will get the hang of it.

Like any CRM, it takes a while to get in the flow of utilizing the tool the way it is meant to be used. Uploading your customer list and tagging them so your can group the customers specifically is very time consuming but worth the grind!

Marketing Campaigns. We love the ease in which you can build campaigns and monitor their progress. Being able to target certain groups based on how we tag our customers is amazing.

It is a complex and highly functional system. There is a steep learning curve involved when you are starting out.

I wanted to solve the problem of digital product delivery. They were definitely the company to solve my problem. Their customer service is excellent and my customers get a smooth, personalized experience.

Using Infusionsoft to automate my business allows me to spend more time with my family and will run at night when I'm sleeping.

I would like to be able to replicate campaigns and then search for keywords in a campaign so that they can be changed without having to go into each process and manually change each keyword.

It allows me to have my business running in the background whenever I am not there. Automated campaigns will trigger emails that are sent out to prospects as soon as they action something.

I have been using Infusionsoft since June for my Real Estate Business. The software has saved me many hours of emailing individuals with my marketing material. With Infusionsoft I have been able to set up campaigns that run automatically when I enter the contact's information. There are tasks that I can create and reminders I can set and so much more. The software is so easy to use and the help and support is outstanding. You can reach them anytime by chat or by phone.
