What do you like best about Pipedrive?

in this tool, you can add leads and then set up activity and also there are a number of columns to see leads process from acquiring to won

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

i don't think i can't see any droback to use this tool

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

we can measure the performance of the business development team using this tool and we can see the flow of the leads also they will give you a reminder as well

There is transparency across the entire organisation which is key to developing growth and promoting collaboration across the organisation It is also easily navigated

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

I dislike very little about this tool; it covers many avenues of data required in any organization

Primarily used for setting up deals for form set ups for club or any admin related issues with the system

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I love the ease of use to house all of my prospecting information in one place and to follow my deals all the way from start to finish

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

My only complaint is that I didn't start using it sooner

All of my information is stored in a central location with the ability to add reminders and notify other people involved of updates and processes

How easy it is to implement, use, exploit information and keep track of all live opportunities and leads.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Some functionalities that you can find in Salesforce. But of course, you are paying a fraction of the price.

Keep a detailed track of all live opportunities, including the interaction history with each of them.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

The visuals, the knowledge base is the best I have seen and the customer service for a company that does not have phone support is bar none

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Nothing I dislike, Pipedrive continues to innovate with 3rd party integraters. Could use a little improvement on reporting functionality of customized labels

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prospect tracking, just now exploring smart docs, automating webforms has provided some great relief from duplicating tasks.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Every 3-6 months they add a gamechanging new feature. They take growth and improvement seriously. CRM designed to make it easy for reps to use.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

They just put limits on their plans. It's also hard to dedupe records.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales CRM, managing outbound sales activity. Data organization & customizable interface.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

Our process for taking applications, vetting potential students, and closing sales used to require several tools. Pipedrive helped us optimize this process.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

It's a little bit complex because it can be used in so many different ways. So there was a little bit of a learning curve for our particular sales funnel.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We can easily track where prospects are in the sales process and help them move forward.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I'm a very visual person, and love the dashboard showing me what stage each lead is ins.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

The cost! That's a joke. My CRM's are free when you're small. These guys charge you for 1 user after a short free trial.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

Keeping track of my sales pipepline. It's does that while having very visual reminders of when tasks are due, what tasks need a new activity, and which are past due.

What do you like best about Pipedrive?

I like that Pipedrive is meant for lazersharp sales team, it is very easy to use with very short learning time. There is not much need to set it up thoroughly but it is possible to have many automations.

What do you dislike about Pipedrive?

Pipedrive is way too sales focused for us to use. It has many tools, but not what we are looking for as we need a tool that also integrates customer support and marketing.

What problems is Pipedrive solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a CRM and we also tested Pipedrive but in the end went with Hubspot as it has a bit more features
