i don't think i can't see any droback to use this tool
we can measure the performance of the business development team using this tool and we can see the flow of the leads also they will give you a reminder as well
There is transparency across the entire organisation which is key to developing growth and promoting collaboration across the organisation It is also easily navigated
I dislike very little about this tool; it covers many avenues of data required in any organization
Primarily used for setting up deals for form set ups for club or any admin related issues with the system
I love the ease of use to house all of my prospecting information in one place and to follow my deals all the way from start to finish
My only complaint is that I didn't start using it sooner

Every 3-6 months they add a gamechanging new feature. They take growth and improvement seriously. CRM designed to make it easy for reps to use.

I like that Pipedrive is meant for lazersharp sales team, it is very easy to use with very short learning time. There is not much need to set it up thoroughly but it is possible to have many automations.
Pipedrive is way too sales focused for us to use. It has many tools, but not what we are looking for as we need a tool that also integrates customer support and marketing.
