Compare Zoho CRM with other popular tools in the same category.
easy to use interface and the pricing model is very budget-friendly with a choice of multiple options and features
Apart from the look and feel of the user interface Zoho CRM is very useful
Lead generation monitoring and tracking
I used their Enterprise CRM edition, it was easy to customize the data representation and their support system is super sweet in helping their clients.
Maybe you guys should have separate editions for Startup companies that can be more affordable. Especially Zoho Reports features should be integrated with CRM rather than paying extra for it.
To track the sales pipeline, inventory, and Reports.
The layout and how user-friendly the software is. Everything is right there without multiple clicks.
I didn’t like how tasks are done. It’s not as convenient as other softwares.
Getting work done quick and easy with a few clicks of the button.
The company I worked for that used zoho used the free, unpaid version of zoho which was great. It was easy to use, we even were able to implement it into a form on our website to collect contact information for people interested in learning more about our company.
We struggled when trying to get the crm to work with the form on our website which was mostly because we were not using a paid membership and had we been it would have been much simpler to integrate.
We were able to collect contact information for people interested in working with our company in a much simpler way, and we were also able to track what our sales people in the field were doing to further our business efforts as they were required to track their meetings in the crm.
Zoho CRM is not very expensive compared to other CRMs that have similar functionality. The pricing is flexible for different levels of businesses. It also integrates with Google, other Zoho software, and also has a relatively easy UI once you get used to it.
The customization is limited. Certain aspects can be customized, but many must remain the in-box features and nomenclature which is difficult for businesses who are transferring over from a CRM or have a different sales process than usual.
Managing sales prospects and client relationship management.
The filter, we use them to be able to analyze our lead sources. In that way we know what events (webinars, tradeshows, digital ads) are working better.
CRM support does not know well the platform

Customisable views to manage all opportunities. for example managing a month at a time and also renewals.
the search function seems to give too many results
Analysing data from previous sales cycles, such as the previous quarter of financial year.

Zoho CRM is pretty easy to implement given the number of things possible within this CRM. It is designed and set up pretty simply out of the box, but depending on your sales funnel, it may require some customization. It integrates seamlessly with your mail and dialer. The pricing is also pretty reasonable. The user interface is pretty intuitive.
Many of the great features of Zoho are limited to the higher-paying tiers which are not necessary or affordable by small teams.
It functions as a CRM - holding all the way from sales leads to renewals and customer relationship management.
I like that there are lot of various features for organizing leads and analyzing performance of B2B sales agents. Once you learn all the tools it's actually very valuable.
I don't like that some of the stuff isn't as intuitive and you are not giving a video guide. Some of the stuff requires calling the company to understand how to use the tools.
B2B business solution for our company for our b2b agents.
is easy to create reports and dashboard and filter by the specific parameters you need. The entire platform is very user-friendly and customisable. Also, they have excellent customer service with their live chat. Works really well with email integrations.
There are certain features of the platform that require more manual work. Like when searching for potentials or opportunities and when deleting old data. Also, the prospects list is separated from the contacts and that can create more work to identify duplicates.
Manage sales reps performance. Targets and financial analysis. Track email and communication from clients. Set reminders to review all prospects.
What I like about zoho crm is that it is a totally useful tool when we try to grow our business, since it has all kinds of tools that can be useful when working and automating our advertising campaigns, apart from allowing us to have a control Absolute about the majority of activities that our business performs, such as sales management, campaign management, webinar options, without a doubt this adds enormous useful value to any business
In my experience using zoho crm I can say that in terms of functionality and tools it offers I have no complaints, however one point that we can touch is that its interface is too simple and little used, there is too much blank and wasted space that makes that the application looks of very poor quality, I know that it is not something that directly affects functionality or quality but nowadays the visual aspect must always be taken into account
The problem that I am solving with this platform is quite common in the companies or businesses that are starting that are looking for a more efficient way to manage and grow your business since nowadays, among so much competition, conventional methods are quite short, so so much you have to resort to tools like this that can help you perfectly solve and have a boost for your business. The benefits that I have of this platform are easy to identify, since they are the same tools that this platform offers you or as I tell you this work tool since it is very versatile to do business, it allows me to have control and more scope to reach my clients manage the tasks they require and all this in a very comfortable way, so I can say that the benefit I get using this platform is that I get a tool that adapts to me and my business and gives me the support to be able to growing up
Zoho CRM is a tool that is not missing in my workplace, what I like most is that I can integrate it with my contacts on my LinkedIn and Facebook network, this is very useful because I have many contacts in my professional networks and the integration makes My work is much easier, another attractive tool offered by Zoho is the macros where I can create and manage from your system, its platform is widely multifunctional offering integrations with Zoho email and Zoho Project Management which are tools that I also use in my work area , the best Definitely, with Zoho CRM we can communicate with potential customers of our company and keep informed of their activities. Its interface is really simple and can be understood by any beginner in the area of Marketing and business.
Zoho gives problems when integrating with other tools it offers, they offer you that you can link your account with a Gmail but at one time try and gives enough complications, has some license errors that many users have reported to their support team hopefully solve these problems, the initial configuration gives some problems is something that has been reported and solved, the interface despite being simple I consider this outdated for the technological advances offered by the network today, is very noisy when receiving notifications and often the application gets stuck especially if the connection is slow.
I use Zoho in the Marketing department with my technical team, it is important for us to reach our most loyal customers that is why with Zoho we can stay informed and give the attention they deserve, thanks to this excellent marketing system we can automate the entire process of Sales, guaranteeing quality and speed to all our users, is also used to manage future projects, ideas, and training of future prospects.
I love that you can customize the information that is recorded within this CRM and that it integrates seamlessly with mail and phone. our team loves zoho
I dislike the UI of Zoho. It has been confusing to new users who are attempting to learn this program.
We are solving the tracking of sales and data management. Staying organized on sales front.
Allows easy customisation to fit business needs. Doesn't require special knowledge to modify it. Very simple to use, doesn't take long to learn it.
Not much to add here, fully depends on the user and how company chooses to modify it. It's not the best looking CRM platform and it's integrated spreadsheets are too slow to be properly user
In B2C legal industry customer service based business it allowed to keep a very tidy and clear information about the customer and previous conversations, email exchanges. All employees were able to learn about the customer in moments.
I think Zoho is an affordable and easy to use CRM.
There can be limited functionality sometimes.
Helping to stay organized with prospects and task management.
Lead and Contact management was the most liked feature of ZOHO. Easy to use interface Quick and easy connectivity with Microsoft Outlook, quick Books, Google Apps and other utility tools. Easily customizable screens Live tracking of customer pipeline
Design and look is somewhat cheap. Lot of bugs are their, especially at the connecting or transfer nodes. Bit pricier. Cheaper options are available.
Connectivity, tracking and organization was made easier with the implementation of Zoho CRM. It seamlessly connected and synced with ease with our existing customer management system and social media tools. Lesser pipeline time, better lead conversion and happier customers.
I like the integration available with Zoho forms, CRM, HR, Knowlegebase, and Assist for remote access.
Sometimes Zoho does not respond quickly when creating tickets or looking up account information.
The main problem we solve with Zoho is SLA issues and being able to track then analyze with reports what clients have outstanding issues in SLA violations.
Reporting, field mapping, ease of being able to categorize. Zoho CRM offers flexible functionality for small businesses, start ups
Very manual tasksinvolved Issues faced with sending email
Leads Management Email Campaign
Interface is good and the speed of the software was acceptable in any situation. CRM with lot of features
not able to use without charges and charges also high
crm and lead management with accounting.
Our team loves the full integration into the other Zoho products. It provides for seamless support for our clients and billing as well.
Sometimes the system is buggy and it doesn't integrate with many non-zoho products.
This product allows us to maximize our sales flow which is a huge benefit.
Very easy to task and store documents in one time, as well as time-tracking all in one place
Some limitations with storage when attaching documents to tasks
Really easy to manage projects from start to finish within one CRM
Functionality is flexible Field mapping Categorization Pricing is relatively low
All functions not available like other CRM's Technical glitiches too often Emails always don't land up in client inbox
Lead sorting Lead assigning Account assigning
Easy engagement with leads and customers
Although it is best for the start-up business, not good for large companies.
Creating new leads and close customer engagement to increase sales.
The email integration ability of Zoho, in addition to managing events, is by far the best feature of this software. The reports that can be generated provided all the necessary information we needed for each project and is a great way to manage leads.
I did not like that the number of licenses are limited, I believe it is capped at 7 licenses. For a larger staff, this can make it difficult to manage. For the price that we paid, I would expect unlimited licenses.
We have used Zoho before to find new donor leads because we have reached a plateau the last few years. We were surprised to see the number of donor leads produced and the ability to retain detailed donor data.
Great software. Easy to use. Very intuitive. Easy to schedule reminders, log calls, send emails and Track deals.
There’s a lot of features so it can overwhelm u
Keeping track of deal stages and flow. Creating reports. Following up with customers
It is easy to implement and learn quickly and the support staff are helpful for simple tasks!
Their syncing ability between their CRM and their MA tool (marketing hub is useless and unreliable.
Zoho CRM allowed us to move away from Salesforce, we were able to transfer all of our data and processes whilst reducing our monthly costs.
In customer relation zoho is the easiest way to share and manage interactions with Clients and customers
Some little bugs quickly fixed were the only negative point
Interacting with customers and Business Clients
Daily business is automated as it tracks sales and engage customers in every process. We're able to get updates through our phones on real time. Customers information is managed in one database making it easy to get information in real time. Information stored is used to forecast sales ,revenue and team performance among others.
For new members it's a bit tricky because there is little training materials provided. Training is time consuming and customer support service is slow.
It has helped us to grow our business through different social platforms. Our business has expand tremendously..
The Zoho crm has flexible pricing plans so that one can use it as per their budget requirement. The sales process automation enables the company to automat daily activities, monitor sales and engage customers via different platforms. Moreover, the software also enables you to manage your customers and keep track of all the customer accounts. It integrates well with other applications such as Mailchimp, Google, Microsoft and many more.
The free plan offers limited features and is suitable for small business only. The software does not allow you to import contacts from the social media sites but to built your client’s details through the inbuilt mail feature. The customer support is not good as the response is a bit slow.
It works brilliantly for basic sales and pipeline management. The integration with other apps especially the G-suite apps is very helpful. It is great for anyone who has to handle a customer database as it is best for keeping and tracking if all sales and customer’s data in one place.
