Several things. I know what IP they are from and also know if they are in my database. It also tells me what page they are on wjhen I see them online on our website.
I do not really have a dislike. on this site
When we run a campaign I can see them and I can see what they are looking for and make sure that I get them to there saleman
The thing I love the most is the integration into the rest of the Zoho apps. I use several and it is very easy for all of the information to sync across apps. I also love how easy SalesIQ was to set up.
If there was one thing I can change about Zoho IQ is the responsiveness to receiving messages and responding to them. I lost out on a customer chat or two because of it.
Our agency can easily measure metrics and use this as a sales tool to convert websites visitors into potential clients.
A simple day design, helpful and integrated modules that work together for a great help for a startup
Everything is very good so far, a more development in the GUI might be a plus
For a new startup company, this platform offers a very good integration that help integrating the newly established departments and new employees easily together to get the gears going

Zoho made a giant leap ahead of the pack with SalesIQ. The ability to setup workflows that work my CRM are real helpful in producitng quality metrics.
What's not to like, other SaaS providers require too much IT tasks to integrate and charge a lot more. Look at www.Canddi.com
Integrating KPI's and Metrics this easily is important to my business. It's simple to see stats on their dashboard and push to reports within my CRM. Saves me time and IT work.
It's addictive at times. Like lurking and watching what your visitors are doing..in a good way. I use it to improve my content as I can see which pages are attracting the most hits. I know Analytics does this. But this is kinda easier. Just log in and see at any given time where people are on your site.
Well I don't use the CRM anymore, mainly due to cost. But if I did, I would have much tighter integration with actual leads. Sometimes the chat window does act up a bit.
I have real-time chat with interested visitors. It's great for answering visitors' questions on the fly, while it's hot. And I get a nice 360 degree view of my site.
The fucntionality is seamless and the interface is easy to use.

I like being able to see who is on my site and following their visits in my CRM. I also like being able to chat.
I wish the tracking could be initiated from manually input information. I know who some users are but to the system they remain anonymous.
We are using sales IQ to analyze effectiveness and reach of all of our campaigns.
Easy to implement. I was able to have it completely up and running in a matter of an hour.
Pricing model could get a little high as we grow.
We were trying to better gauge client interaction. We wanted to both capture leads from the website, integrate them into our CRM (Also ZOHO) and track when they come back.
I love the fact that I have easy access and control to everything going on in my day to day.
So far, there is not much I don't like as I am still a new user and learning it as I go.
I am solving and sales and CRM with it. So far my biggest benefit...I am more involved and have quick access to everything!
