Zoominfo allows me access to data I never knew existed.
Nothing, It's the best sales tool that I ever came across.
Helps me get the contact details of key business people to ease my way into sales.
Org charts help to identify the correct KDM/POCs. The advanced search filters can refine any broad industies. Liklihood to engage feature is also fantastic when choosing the contact medium. Easily integrated to Bullhorn. Very good customer support. I use on a daily basis.
Some old data, but the contact ranking system helps to tune those out. Also I would say limitations in contact view credits.
Finding the correct KDM /POCs to contact. Also various contact details.
I like that when prospecting I have mutliple numbers to reach someone.
The "ratings" that appear by someone's name is not always accurate. I have called people with an A rating that have not been there for a few years. Just want consistency,
It is helping me find the correct point of contact. I don't like going through the operator at the main line so it gets rid of that step if there is a direct extension.
Our team loves the data SalesOS can provide. We've tried other providers in the past and none compared to ZI. Love the integration with our Salesforce.com org. Their onboarding team has been amazing and provided us with multiple training sessions for our reps. Each session was recorded so reps can go back and review the session. They also have several trainings you can take online. We also purchased Chorus which we are in process of implementing now. Can’t wait to see how it preforms. Our sales team is eager to start using it.
Honestly, so far we have not had any issues at all.
We were lacking data on accounts we currently have in our CRM as well as new accounts. With ZoomInfo connected to our CRM importing data, companies and contacts has been effortless.
Bewing able to download contact lists with ICP has been easy. The best part about the relationship with ZI is support from my account manager Sean and the Customer Success team- espeically since our account is not very large- they are quick to respond and help.
Will run into bad data from time to time- folks no longer at that organization or mobile numbers being to a wrong person not assoicated with the account.
Identifying ICP in my segment and being able to be more intentional with prospecting.
The ease of use and the different ways you can cut the data to find your ICP.
It can be a bit daunting, and salespeople on my team who are not as dialed in have a hard time navigating the system. However, I find it pretty easy to use.
Helps me to identify the right client using both websense and intent data.
easy to understand layout. For the most part pretty accurate contact information
A lot of garbage companies out there. Have to sort through the active brands and the ones no longer in business
Helping me find qualified prospects...also really like the hierarchy feature to see who the key players at companies are
The core of Zoominfo is its exceptional data, I have used Apollo, and other small sites that claim to have data that can't be found on other platforms but Zoominfo by far is superior. Zoominfo has leads that I have not found on other platforms, not only that but they a lot of the information is actuallly accurate. Not to mention searching based on Intent is a huge plus knowing that the company you are prospecting is looking for your service.
The only downside I can even fathom is the price, however you are paying for a service that is a leader in its space.
Finding new leads that are more suited to our specific niche.
Most complete and accurate database with robust tools to aid my lead gen activities... and even automate my process. What is fantastic about ZoomInfo is their support. The "human support" I have received has been phenominal.
Nothing. Seriously. SalesOS gives me everything I need and more.
Accurate lead contact information is THE most important to me.
Being bale to access all the data and best of all do a thorough research on each prospect before engaging.
Nothing, it takes time to get used to it but there plenty of available resources to help you
Access to data and being able to build my pipeline
The good thing is it completely helps outbounding lead info overall When I have issues tracking leads or people, more than LinkedIn or other tools zoom info helps me track it easier and better, as I can use the filters and get it ASAP. Checking the trends of certain companies and checking where and when to contact, what the possible leads are has been very useful especially for cold outreaches
It needs improvement on the UI as a person who is not familiar with the tool would need to understand it properly to navigate.
1. understand who might be a potential decision-maker 2. define what the market trend is 3. who can be a potential champion or decision-maker 4. shortlist potential people to reach out to.
Zoominfo provides the most complete list of leads out there. ZI's intent, websights, and other features make it the easiest product out there to use. We use ZI on a weekly basis to export leads into ZI Engage, the integration is seamless.
I have not seen many bad things out of zoominfo. I wish the business email filter was easier to get to, or able to set as a required filter. Other than that, no complaints.
Zoominfo makes it so we can market to every single company without having to endlessly search for email info, linkedin, or phone number
Easy to use, great insight, Intent data is very useful and allows sales people to hone in on better prospecting messaging and if you are in Account Management, use it to go deep on your strategic account plans
I don't really have many dislikes of the offering at this time.
Before having ZoomInfo, I had to rely on LinkedIn SalesNav, find leads, build a list and then one-by-one go to the company website to do deep research on my prospect and their unique needs to develop prospecting campaigns. I can do most of that leg-work in ZI SalesOS + their Engage automated campaign automation offering. Saves me tons of time and also gives me some really golden nuggets of insight in one place.
The Salesflow system, I love how it goes out for me and I dont need to do much else other than follow up with responses.
I honestly cant think of anything I dislike.
Connecting with multiple prospects at one time, and also assisting me with keeping track of those i need to follow up on.
Easy to use, high degree of verified/accurate information, constantly curated & job relevant content, excellent engagement from ZoomInfo staff, and all around a daily app for me to use (like SFDC, LinkedIn, etc).
I wish I had more time to dig deeper into all the customizations & automation!
Continued investment in the platform shows, and for me personally it's like a daily clense for data validation & intent based activity.
The ease of finding relvant companies AND contacts with great data is the best thing to me.
The occassional one-off contact with bad data, but this is usually because of a recent job chnage.
They are solving for outdated prospecting efforts and making it extremely easy for me and my team!
The best thing about zoomInfo is the ability to get details of key decision-makers of any company. It also helps with domain-specific reachouts with its comprehensive filters for a more efficient
Nothing as such, just that sometimes when I have a couple of tabs open - ZoomInfo seems to slow down things, and that it sometime's provides data of individuals that have left organisation's year's ago
ZoomInfo, provides direct Email ID's and phone number's of prospects that makes the sales job and the cold outreach much simpler than relying on people redirecting or just focusing on SMR's
We lean heavily on account based marketing and this tool allows us to effectively identify the correct people in an organization. We have several different lines of business that benefit from our products. We have to have insights into our addressable market and the ZoomInfo team is always there to help us build lists based on our requirement.
I'm not of fan of having to purchase different packages for Europe and Asia. A hierarchy chart of an organization would be helpful was an area that was lacking but has been resolved with the new product release. The merger has really completed the solution.
It helps us validate contacts without requiring them to fill out a ton of fields on our forms. Access to mobile phones and tips help us connect with contacts while they are working at home. This is a critical component of prospecting in today's environment.
In most caes I can connect with the key stakeholders and start building relationships through the information gained through Zoominfo.
Information is not always correct, or is outdated.
Combined with LI Sales Navigator & SFDC Zoominfo provide me with the latest contact details and moves by stakeholders to different businesses.
This app is easy for any user. If you have a strong background in databases, great. If not, you will be THRILLED! Easy to evaluate industries, and further filter for companies and individual leads. So many ways to slice the market and get what you need.
Would be great if there was a way to download company lists to Excel without contact info -and not be charged.
There are few ways to evaluate and qualify sales leads in real-time. ZoomInfo allows you to look at the data, learn, and then re-slice for a more meaningful view. 10/10
We typically use ZoomInfo as the go-to resource when developing target lead lists for new prospect acquisition, as the information is usually spot on, and it is very easy to drill down to the individuals or teams that lead to decision makers much quicker than the other premium services out there. The "intent" tool is one of the best ways to pinpoint great opportunities from companies actively seeking out services, creating the next best thing to a warm lead. Getting a foot in the door is much easier if you know a company requires something that you can provide them, and it is an excellent conversation starter for cold calls/emails.
Can be a little tricky to navigate until you really understand what all the features are for and how to save your searches.
Not having a reliable resource for DM contact info, which ZoomInfo solves. Also, it's hard to know if a company is actively searching for a product; ZoomInfo Intent is the only resource our company uses to gain that information, which provides an upper hand over our competitors.
ZOOMinfo provides me the contact information I need to reach out to business prospects. ZOOMinfo is easy to use, which I do every work day, offers good customer support and offers good content as well.
Occassionally data is out of date and I would appreciate it if it were more accurate at times. However I have not found any other database more accurate and I have been a client of ZOOMinfo at several employers before investing in my own account.
Outreach to buyers of sponsorships
The most striking feature of ZoomInfo Sales OS is the best place to create a prospect database, which finally gets you potential leads that is too affordable as far as price is concerned. As far as navigation and search criteria are concerned, it is the best tool to filter particular industry verticals and find contacts and industry details, you can export leads into excel for email outreach. As I said, it is the most convenient tool if you ever need prospect Information. you can scoop and Salesforce integration. You can customize the list, and you get the latest intent and alerts that definitely saves time when need to you outreach prospect.
The only thing most email of prospect is outdated as a result email often get bounced and for that, I need to update the database, in order gets value for money.
It helps me to create a sales database whenever I need it. Plus point is its integration with Linkedin Sales Navigator that way, gets a good prospect. I can email a list of prospects & export a list of customized leads. Helps with the research of particular industry verticals and along with decision-makers details. It helps scoot thousands of leads at one go, that way it saves a lot of time. It made life easier while doing email campaigns with quality account qualifications and ready-made email addresses of prospects.
There's a lot of direct contact information and an indicator of which people are likely to engage by phone, email, etc. This helps me prioritize who to call in a large data set. I also like the intent feature - I am still digging into this one and how to best use it, but I can tell it is a helpful tool. There is great support including on-demand webinars (from past recordings ) and I have joined a live webinar with great opportunity for Q&A
There is almost so much great info that it is hard to determine which features to use first (and so which webinar/tutorial to take first). Maybe a "quick start guide" or something that somehow prompts a new user to check out a feature they haven't clicked into yet.
Sales OS is saving me time by allowing me to connect with possible users of my product, and giving me intel on the marketplace (sales opportunities). I have been able to reach contacts that would have been hard to find on my own. For example I found a (past) customer whose contact info I did not have (they left an online review... positive... but I didn't have their full name!) Using Sales OS I was able to find their direct contact info
There are many things to like about Zoominfo SalesOS, What I like best is the being able to do very specific searches for contacts and then easily import them into Salesforce.
It seems as if there is a bit of lag on updating when an employee leaves a company. This is a small complaint.
I like being able to get the email addresses and mobile numbers for contacts and easily be able to import them into salesforce which saves me a lot of time.
Very accurate company information with a wide database.
The software is very expensive. While I understand the complexity of the software, it is often challenging to afford this as a smaller company.
Helping me find the people I need to speak to and giving me accurate contact information.
The amount of data at a moments notice which allowed me to save a lot of time
incorrect contact info sometimes but more often than not it was accurate
problem of wasting time researching
Intent searches, the ease of use, CRM integration
Sometimes it doesn't have the most updated contact information where people no longer work there
Accessing more companies that fall into our domain that we would like to partner with, intent searches to narrow down who might be looking for our services.
Drills down on the right titles, buyers with influence and decision-makers likely to take an intro meeting or buyers that are tire kicking - to take note of my firm's solutions. Easy to use, integrates and I use it on a daily basis to download new contacts, and look-alikes for my outgoing prospecting.
Sometimes I find outdated contact information or a past email that no longer works, but for the most part it's helpful.
ZoomInfo Sales OS helps to identify and REACH the right prospects, and gives an organizational map as to where in the organization they fit and if they're likely profiles to engage with.
ZoomInfo democratizes the way small businesses can compete with larger ones. If you use zoominfo correctly, you can run the same exact "plays" sophisticated go-to-market orgs run.
There are no downsides. Zoominfo is always developing new products to stay ahead of the curve.
I'm a startup in the beginning stages of going to market. Zoominfo allows me to understand who is researching my product, which company visits my website and then gives me the data i need to reach out to them.
