Agile crm is a easy platform to use, customizable and simple. Not as good as salesforce, but it does a good job as a crm tool.
Reports are not customizable, extracting info is complicated.
Crm for sales and company transparency of what the sales team is doing
The design is quite good and intuitive, it is good for small companies.
It stops working suddenly and you need to refresh the website to move forward. It does not offer to many customizable options, so if you aren’t looking for detailed reports about sales performance this is not the best platform. Also, the storage is small and does not fits well medium to large companies.
Leads and deals qualification
The ability to track potential customers through our sales funnel and with different staff is great
I have had trouble Setting up my email. It seems to require my developer
Tracking leads Organizing follow up tasks
Easily accessible and keep track over my clients and generate More leads for my business
Many more additional features can be added, and the UI can be improved better
Run campaign and connect with new cliens and existing client, easily keep track over my activities with clients
I like that you can have a really simple CRM. You can also have a really simple email automaton tool. Or you can go all in and create a fully automised communication system. The email automation tools are really easy to use with the 'nodes'. I have also found some of the plugins great, such as the telephony.
I find sometimes it is difficult to find things where you would 'expect' them to be. I don't love the 'Sent By Agile' at the bottom of all emails, as I think that's a bit much when you are paying for the tool. I also think that there could be some improvements around the email side of things - it should be standard for an unsubscribe to be in any outgoing e-mail, not something that you have to add into their templates. I also think that I should be able to have multiple email addresses without needing to have additional users. For example, my business uses info@ and accounts@ - I don't actually need 2 users, but I do want email communication from both recorded on there.
It has allowed me to better communicate and track communications with our clients.
How easy and simple the usability to use it is
The small amount of campaigns you can use in the paid version
Easy to track the email campaigns, generating leads and improving the campaigns
To be able to segregate the database and compile call lists using TAGS has been the biggest benefit along with the integration of the soft phone auto dialling. We have had our ups and down but help is only an email or call away and our problems have been dealt with efficiently.
Not much at the moment. I did have a problem with the new position of Tags during an upgrade, but was delighted to see it changed back.
Being able to separate out contacts by way of using TAGs - to send special offers tailored to those individuals and being able to track the activity. Also a big help is to run a Campaign within the CRM and not having to use another piece of software.
My favorite part of Agile CRM is the included marketing capabilities. Most CRM software platforms that I've used do not include these features without an additional fee - it makes Agile CRM very cost efficient.
The ios application is clunky and the Marketing features are very intuitive.
Our business has a tremendous number of companies and contacts to manage. Agile helps us group and organize the contacts, communicate with them, and look at our sales pipeline.
Lots of features: gmail email sync. New knowledgebase for the support desk.
It would be good to see the help desk canned responses available in the gmail widget. Also to be able to inject links to the knowledgebase article solutions, into our help desk tickets, like canned responses can be injected - this would be very helpful.
CRM, Support desk
The fact that I can gather a bunch of information of clients.
It's hard to understand the web page and the interfaz.
Reaching out my clients in the precise moment.
I'm enjoying learning all the automated functions for creating a behaviour-based campaign. I'm finding new applications which are not found in other CRM platforms such as Pop-Ups, Online Calendars, A/B testing in a campaign, etc. And that's only what I've discovered to date.
I wish the screen where you build campaigns was a horizontal set up vs a vertical set up for developing the campaign.
I can link multiple campaigns with a transfer. I have yet to do it, but knowing that I can build a variety of campaigns and continuously offer clients new products and services in an automated way, I can't wait.
Integration with google apps & Skype. Makes life lot easier to track leads.
There are still a few bugs with the timeline.
Sales force management.
Simplicity of the design and the ease of setup and use.
Having to look at another CRM package because Agile can not take our monthly payments by DEBIT card.... Agile only take payments by CREDIT CARD or ADVANCED (According to help/chat)
Developing a CRM solution for a client that wanted scalability and functions supported by a robust API.
Simple, easy to train staff on. Includes campaign tools for email marketing.
I am happy with the product overall. They make regular updates and it does what we need - no real issues.
Sales CRM / marketing automation / quick email template creation
I like the integrated bulk mail system. I like the tags which can define a segment of an audience. I like the campaign management
I don't have the time to learn everything, and miss some subtle features. We don't have all integration features available in South Africa On screen help which actually makes sense, so that if you are in the middle of a process, and need to add something or remove something, one can get an understanding without moving onto another screen.
I am able to segment databases easily and flexibly. I can get closer to a single view of a customer. I can build campaigns (if in theory) in order to attract more business.
The ease of use and implementation. I also really enjoy the integration of the apps!
Agile CRM can improve by providing additional functionalities that some of the other platforms offer.
Keeping track of all of our client relationships! We have found that we are better organized with our sales leads now.
String tag functionality, strong email marketing, strong email and telephone integration
Some of the extensions and widgets are Windows only
Complete marketing automation, has allowed us to really achieve a 360 degree view of a contact, allowing us to tailor and work a contact in order to achieve retention or work/stimulate various lines of sales funnels. Long sell, in one type of product or cross selling other products.
I like how I can do almost everything with Agile. From lead generation to client portal. It's just really amazing to have a tool that you can use all throughout in your business.
The UI needs fixing. There are some contents and items that don't need to be there but are in those areas. The team should reevaluate the different categories and sections in the app so that to make sure that everything is what customers need. Likewise, it'd be easier for them.
My systems and processes are all over the place. Agile was highly regarded by one of our mentors so I took my chance and tried it. Having an all one tool saves a lot of headaches. And technically, I love it.
I like how easy it is to navigate through
I get frustrated with the duplicate accounts.
I like to keep track of my leads with this CRM, it makes it easy to close the sales with the reminders
It's easy to input new contacts and create reports.
it's not as flashy or intuitive as some of the other competitors
I am managing my sales pipeline, keeping my contacts organized, creating lists and reports etc
