Sono sempre alla ricerca di strumenti che mi aiutino a gestire in modo efficiente i miei progetti, quindi quando ho scoperto ClickUp, sono rimasto immediatamente colpito dalle sue funzionalità e ho deciso di provarlo. Dopo averlo utilizzato per diversi mesi, posso dire senza ombra di dubbio che ClickUp è il miglior software di gestione del progetto che abbia mai utilizzato.
L'unica pecca a mio avviso è la dimenzione di 100MB dell'archiviazione degli allegati, potrebbero estendere anche di poco per garantire un flusso di lavoro più scorrevole.
ClickUp risolve tantissimi problemi di comunicazione e di flusso organizzativo e lavorativo a li vello collettivo. Rende il mio tema estremamente efficente e funzionale.

I've tried Asana, Teamwork, Trello, Basecamp, Monday and a bunch of other pm tools before...but nothing beats Clickup. Clickup lets you work the way you want to work. Because it has a lot of features, you can customize your space the way you like it and use it in a way that makes sense to you. The automations are the best part.
I guess this is more of a list of feature requests than a list of things I dislike lol 1. I wish I could access the Everything view on the android app. Not sure if they're working on this. It's not a dealbreaker for me, but it would be a nice feature to have. 2. As I mentioned above, it has many features...and I don't need to use all of them. So I wish there was a way to hide these features so I can keep my workspace clear of clutter. 3. I'd like to be able to customize my sidebar menu (home, search, tasks, etc) and rearrange the menu items in a way that makes sense to me.
Clickup helps me a lot with project management and managing my team members' workloads. It also helps me and my clients keep track of their marketing calendars and streamline our content creation process.
I like the many different views available. I usually go to a list view to add tasks, then quickly switch to a Gantt sorted by client name to see if all deadlines are on track, etc. In a Kanban view, I can review all the tasks waiting for my review and quickly change their status to avoid bottlenecks. Overall it has helped me be a better manager and provide timely deliverables to clients without burdening my staff.
The steep learning curve was a challenge at first. But after a few trials and errors on the best way to make the platform for me, things are much more straightforward. ClickUp's flexibility is its main pro and con.
It helps me be on track of the tasks status, staff workload, documentation, and deadlines, and overall project management. I used to do a lot of this work in Sheets, but ClickUp is much more powerful.

I've been looking for the perfect productivity software for years but couldn't find it. Then ClickUp came along, and I couldn't believe it was possible. It's so complex, and yet the whole system is lightweight. It can be customized entirely for everyone's own productivity needs. It has all the features I had previously used in separate software. It's not an exaggeration to say that ClickUp replaces at least ten different pieces of software on its own. It's simply brilliant, and what's more, it's constantly being improved. Thank you ClickUp, for being the best productivity software.

The learning curve is very steep. Also, you need to understand how ClickUp works with Spaces, folders, lists and tasks before making full use of the tool. Otherwise you will end up in disaster.
ClickUp makes sure tasks are documented and those tasks get done. Managers can what tasks has been planned per user on a daily, weekly or monthly basis in order te keep track on statusses.

The "Goals" feature. I found it a lil bit complex and was not able to figure out how does it apply to bigger projects/programs
I manage over 15 parallel projects, and clickup allows me to have an eagle eye and be able to take appropriate measures for project success.
I LOVE the fact that you can automate tasks right within the app and that ClickUp links to so many other apps. The way spaces, folders, and lists are setup are really amazing and after trying SO many different task management platforms, I always find my way back. I also LOVE the fact that I can see an overview of everything in my home page and create custom dashboards based on what I need. The email functionality from within the app is amazing too, especially when needing to keep track of certain emails related to a specific task. It's truly helped me so much - and I get excited to use it!
ClickUp can be a bit difficult for my clients to navigate as it might be overwhelming for users who aren't used to the platform. Having a "client" user would be great in a maybe simplified version that can be tailored to them (not just a guest user) - I am not sure what that would look like, but maybe just giving them access to their own dashboard that has specific notifications for them (kind of like the Dubado client portal).
ClickUp is like the virtual assistant brain that has allowed me to go from stressing about all of my different tasks to actually knowing that they will all be there when I open the app. I think having one overall "profile dashboard/screen" that shows ALL tasks across ALL workspaces I am a part of would be amazing - instead of having to log into each one. BUT, it truly has helped me with my content marketing, collaborating with my team member, and knowing that I have a place outside of my brain where all my tasks are tracked.
