According to me, the best CRM solution for businesses at the moment is Insightly CRM. I sincerely like to use Insightly CRM because it has amazing capabilities. It is also one of the simplest softwares to manage. We use it to manage customers, conversations and relationships.
As an easy to use tool, I think Insightly CRM has no many challenges. The way it is built is perfect. Using it is simple.
We treat our clients well by managing conversations and relationships professionally. To accomplish these objectives, we rely on Insightly CRM due to its cost-effectiveness. It has improved collaboration and customer satisfaction.
What I like best about the Insightly CRM is honestly the pricing. It allows you to open up an account for free with limited storage of course but still is very affordable if you upgrade to the Plus Plan. You can also upgrade to Professional and Enterprise.
What I dislike about the Insightly CRM would have to be that it has the lead or clients name and phone number in two separate categories. Which at first was not an issue but when you have calls coming in and are doing 5 things at once, it soon became irritating.
With using the Insightly CRM the main business problem we are solving is time. The CRM is so easy to learn, understand, and use that we are able to complete tasks ahead of schedule.
It's power content-management software that's affordable and easy to use, but can grow to be much more than that. It can encompass more functions of your business marketing as you need it to.
Visually, it's not for everyone. The calendar can be a little finicky at times, but it's not a deal-breaker.

Metrics offered are key to understanding the dynamics of sales and detect the best deals. It has ability to connect seamlessly with third-party tools.
I like the structure and functionality of this CRM so I have no complaints about it.

I love Insightly!!! Super easy to use, even for a beginner! My assistant found it to be very user friendly. She had never used a CRM before. The learning curve for her was very short. Their new design on their site is FANTASTIC! They also have Slack integration!!
It doesn't have all the integrations I would like to see. I would like to see a more social aspect from Insightly. Incorporating social listening would be great!

Its a great way to view progress on current projects. The open calendar was another great way to keep track of the projects progress. It is user friendly and intuitive tools so it’s easy to invite new users, customize features, and secure data. Insightly also features an integrated project management at every stage of engagement with the customer. They can view recent activities and track project performance and progress against your preset timeline. create project milestones, pipelines and tasks; set automated email alerts; and track email correspondence. Overall I give Insightly 10/10 Powerful CRM tool for small sized business with great features.
Hard to say what I dislike because it is one of the best CRMs out there. But one thing I personally disliked was the look and layout can be a bit improved. It can be some what complicated to figure out at first.
We are able to communicate better. The projects are going more smoothly and things can be done much quicker. Great tool that keeps us organized and up to date with project managers, customers, office managers and current projects.
