There are a ton of things that make SmartSheet great to use: the ability to collaborate as a team, assign tasks to individuals, quickly create Gantt charts, and more.

There is a learning curve and it takes some time to become familiar with the interface

Smartsheet is allowing collaboration on projects for myself and a new employee to help get them up to speed. It allows us to keep all the projects we work on together on one place, assign tasks with due dates, and plan for future projects with ease.

Smartsheet makes it easy for me to manage different projects with my remote team mates.

It takes quite sometime for new users to get used to this tool. So, it takes a while for the best results.

We run multiple projects at a time, and we have remote team members that are working together on these projects. using smartsheet has made it much easier to do this. We are able to work on the project docs in realtime.

Smartsheet is quite good, except when using some of its system functions which could save me several hours. Similarly, our company has some apprehensions regarding buying more licenses to curb the cost aspect.

Smartsheet is a versatile instrument for managing different projects because I used it for my daily tasks. I appreciate one of the outstanding features that is, the availability of variety of templates which are easily customised according to my client’s preferences. My planning is collaborative, real-time monitoring allows me to monitor each step of a task. Despite this slight learning curve, the dashboard is very intuitive and easy to navigate.

Smartsheet is frequently overlooked in third-party integration. It is quite good in the tracking of projects, but at times, the organization of templates and the resources is not properly monitored.

Smartsheet has helped our company keep track of several different types of information. We were able to automate multiple processes and have follow up emails sent to us for reminders. We have been using this for years and it is a main part of our daily routines. We love the automation and the email triggers. It helps us keep track and be reminded to perform certain tasks when they are due.

Getting the triggers exactly how you want them can be a litte much. It is not bad with their online support though.

We have a tagging system for our equipment and State Fire Marshal. This helps us keep track of these tags and perform the required actions when due. We also use this for project and sales management as well.

The ease of use and implementation are the best what I like about Smartsheet. The ease of integration is one of the added functionalities that I like.

Some of the basic features that are missing e.g. cascading drop down, drill downs or filtration in the dashboard.

It is helping people to automate their business processes thus allowing their team to pay more attention to the work that they are intended for.

I love the use of automations. Being able to set those up quarterly allows my team to properly document their meetings and also send copies to the correct correspondance with ease. It can be up to 120 different individuals that they meet with but the process remains the same. It also helps to make sure that it gets filed into the correct folders for future refrence if needed. Smartsheets is a huge part of everyday job duties for me and my team.

Every quarter assignments change for my team which can become a timely task updating each member of my teams 2 assignments. I have to reset up the automations to match their new work for the quarter. Making sure that their assignments are being funneled in correctly also has issues at time. I have it set up where once a name is checked it copies that information into their assignments to be complete. Once setting up new assignments the automation tends to have issues copying over into the new assignment. The other thing is that once their assignment is checked off, if an update occurs in the sheet it was copied from it does not automatically update in their sheets. I have it set up for a notification to go out if changes occur so that they can update their accordingly to match.

Smartsheets helps to solve the way my teams assignments are distributed based on who they are with for the quarter. It allows them to be flexible and everchanging during the 3 months. They use it to schedule their weeks out, document their meetings, send copies to the attendant and the supervisor they are assigned. It helps to save time in their everyday job duties by using the forms they submit and allowing the automations to help fullfil the rest. It helps to keep it organized in their folder as well as the supervisor's they are working with. It helps us to track progress in performance and also what is being taught in their sessions. I also use smartsheets in other ways when doing audits on campaigns. It allows me to track the details of the calls and also attach the call directly to the sheet for finding later. I use it to collaborate with other divisions to stay more organized in our documention. Working remotely it allows us to work together easier on certian task.

I like the reporting features where our colleagues are able to answer the forms and it will be collated and transform to a report.

Not a dislike but I am looking for a feature where smarsheet is user friendly to ios users. I've tried to open the app in my ios phone and tried to edit the app but it doesnt work. I cannot copy the cells and paste it to other row something like that.

There is nothing I dislike about using this software.

Sometimes it would be nice to easily be able to call someone with support questions.
