We've just started to implement Client Portals within ClickUp, so that our clients have full visibility to their project and it's been integral in a more collaborative approach to working. Premium features are really really good!! Sad we don't have it because our organization involves a public warranty license to cover expenses outside of Argentina. We're using a mid-tier premium license that covers all of our needs, including the collaboration inside tasks.

I love that my team can see what each person has on their task for the day and add easily to mine. When I'm at home and think of something I need them to help me with its so easy to jump on the app and add it while I'm thinking about it. It's easy to log into and visually see everything at once.
On my computer, I have to refresh the page or click on another person in the group to update my tasks. I leave it up on my computer all week so it makes me refresh it often. If someone adds a task that day then it's likely I won't see it on time. I make alerts to remind me to refresh it daily.

I am a paper planner at heart and use my personal planners kind of like memory books/scrapbooks, so making the switch to digital wasn't easy for me at first but I needed the flexibility to move tasks and add details as needed. While ClickUp isn't like a tradiitonal planner, it filled the gaps for me and keeps me more productive than ever. I love that I can search old tasks and notes to get more details that I'd never remember off the top of my head, and it allows me to keep everything in one place without having to keep track of papers everywhere or worry about not being able to read my writing. It is the PERFECT supplement to my job, and the people I work with are constantly complimenting me on how organized I am. In the few times I've had to contact customer support, i've had a great experience and they've helped me reach a resolution quickly and easily. I use ClickUp every single day - it's the first thing I open when I log on each morning and the last thing I close out before wrapping up each day.
There is some trial and error to getting everything set up. Not because it's difficult, but because it's so robust so it can take a minute to learn the features and figure out what structure and style is going to work best for your own workflow and needs. I've used other project management tools in the past and setting up ClickUp is comparable to or easier than the others I've tried.
ClickUp eliminates my need for paper note taking and saves me time since I don't have to transfer information back and forth between multiple programs. Everything is in one place.
You can enter the data in numerous ways (laptop, phone, ipad, email to, etc) and display it seemlessly in different views (list, kanban, gantt, etc) without needing to re-enter a single item. You can simply never go back to spreadsheets. Exporting into an Excel takes seconds and as far as the rest of the world knows, you just have superpowers. This is the way.
Some more formatting options when exporting / printing the Gantt chart view would be handy. Once you get more than 40 line items, the single PDF export gets rather small to read. Then you'll be putting some real competition to the other project gannt chart tools.
Being a single repository of project information and correspondence, team chatting and notifications. It means I don't need to work across multiple apps (WhatsApp, Slack, Teams, Outlook, Google Sheets, etc etc). Kanban is super easy to move tasks along, communicate priorities to team members. It's life changing really.
I like the multiple dashboard views available to users. Most platforms have a simple list view, but I've found the workload view to be especially valuable as a team manager

I love being able to add and organize tasks under different projects, assign priorities and deadlines, and see what's in progress and what isn't started yet. I also love the different views I can get, from lists to calendar views.
The only thing I wish it had was the ability to add subfolders within project lists, but they are actively working on this and it's coming soon.

However, in my opinion, the mere availability of coding options in ClickUp is a bonus.

Clickup has taken an overwhelming amount of work across a large number of projects and multiple team members and streamlined it to a manageable view. It is very customizable so it works according to our process specifically.

The user interface and experience are great and help me navigate easily through tasks, projects and docs without having to do much to access the information i need. The writing of docs and task description is good with many formatting options that suits my needs and again with minimal interactions to do what i want to do. I can use it everyday regulary and keep track of my team comments and updates on tasks from my phone while i am out or through the web app when i am working which makes it possible for me to stay updated.
well there aren't much but time tracking has been one of the most areas i visit in clickup and though it is great, it's lacking a certain functionality that is eaither inaccessible to me or not avaialable at the moment which is to find my history of logged time
