It's been a game-changer for time tracking and keeping track of all the tasks we do for our clients.

It can be a little hard to get used to for new team members and clients, but once you get the hang of it, it's very easy to use.

It's helping us track how much time we spend on clients and if we need to talk with them. It's capabilities with forms and subtasks help keep us organized and has improved our efficiency by a lot.

The integration functionality works very well. I still feel like we are scratching the surface on capabilities.

I cannot use email aliases separately. I cannot move my overdue tasks to the top of the page on the Home Screen.

There are some few bugs sometimes but they are manageable for the moment.

While we have found tremendous value in ClickUp, there are a couple of areas where we have identified room for improvement. Firstly, the absence of sub-folders has been a minor inconvenience for organizing our projects, but we are aware that the ClickUp team is actively addressing this feature. Secondly, we would greatly appreciate the ability to utilize the API to create folder templates, which would significantly streamline our process of setting up new projects for clients. We trust that ClickUp will continue to enhance its offerings based on user feedback, and we eagerly anticipate these updates to further enhance our experience.

I adore how much Clickup is customizable per my needs. Sometimes I may even don't know that I need this kind of customization but they already have it! Love it!

To be completely honest I'm not really happy that there were huge promotions about Clickup 3.0 but it's not launched yet and there is no info on WHEN all the improvements will be launched.

I gather all the info about our project in ONE place. I can not only manage the tasks related to the certain project but also additional information and resources that might be helpful.

Honestly, when they say it is one app to replace them all, they aren't joking! I have only scratched the surface with what the app can do, and I am SO impressed. I am still on the free version for what I need it really does the trick and I can see it phasing out some other project management tools.

It can be pretty overwhelming when you first login, as the interface is pretty intense.

I love not having to flick between GDrive and Sheets and other project management tools - they are all housed under the ClickUp roof.

The increased visibility for all team members across projects! The ability to structure default views for different project types. It's completely reframed the way I do business with my team.

Organisation of files inside of the platform is a bit tricky. Everything gets lumped into the one place and there's no ability to create a folder structure to easily group assets that may be required by team members. Having dedicated sections which can be named would be helpful.

It's provided a centralised place to track the status of all business tasks. It's provided a clear communication platform to keep all comms pertaining to a Project in one place.

It's like they studied all of the cool features from every other work mgmt software and combined them all into one platform. It's a powerful, versatile tool that can be used for practically any use case.

Because it's so powerful, it's also easy to set it up incorrectly or to not know how to troubleshoot various features. You need a ClickUp admin on staff, and an architect to build the system.

Visibility into everyone's work; ability to track time against estimates; collaboration with the team on different tasks.

ClickUp makes everything easy. Anything you want to see you can. It has every view you could image and is flexible enough to build what doesn't come out of the box.

It almost offers so much that things can get confusing. Making sure you understand the goal of the problem you are trying to solve is vital, otherwise, you find yourself going in the weeds.

Project management, is being able to see time tracking, where a project is at, and how we can become more efficient as a team. We also use docs as internal notes, change log and project documentation. We use workload to resource the team.

The versatility and flexibility of the entire platform are out of this world. Depending on how my brain prefers to think about life that day, most platforms can't keep up but with ClickUp there's ALWAYS a solution.

The only thing that can get frustrating is the number of times you may need to refresh a page in order for some changes to stick. But I feel like this is more so happening now that they've been switching to 3.0 so I'm hoping the load times are much faster after all the updates.

I basically run my entire business through this platform. Having everything from dashboards where I can link chat conversations with clients to basically replacing Google Docs/Sheets/etc. with their native tools - it's been irreplaceable.

There is so much you can do with it! You can replace so many different softwares to save money and time from jumping from app to app. Less work = more productivity

Not being able to adjust automations or docs across multiple folders and spaces. It can really time consuming to update everything.

ClickUp offers comprehensive task management with customizable views, subtasks, and dependencies, making project organization very easy! The built-in communication channels, like comments and real-time updates, helps to keep everyone connected and informed.

The learning curve can be steep due to its many features; more comprehensive onboarding resources would help new users adapt faster and allow teams to reach a high level of productivity quickly.

ClickUp solves the problem of disorganized workflows and scattered tasks by providing a comprehensive task management system. It allows me to centralize all my tasks, projects, and related information in one place, providing a clear overview of what needs to be done.

It's a reliable program that keeps our team on track with the many projects we have. We use it on a daily basis and allows us to share information on a timely basis.

It does have a learning curve, so taking the time to get familiarized with the program makes a big difference in the usefulness of it for the team. Some team members have a harder time getting used to it.

Working with a multi time zones team members on recurrent projects with tight deadlines.

The ability to chat within tasks, link tasks to one another, and file tasks under certain folders, as well as the ability to archive tasks for future reference.

Sometimes the platform can be a bit slow, and things don't always load properly.

It allows us to keep all open tasks across our clients easily accessible for the team and our clients.

The customization of the lists and forms is the best.

Sometimes the platform reacts with a little bit of lagging.

I am handling the procurement process through the app with excellent results.

Debería mejorar los paneles de datos. A veces da errores o tarda en cargar, por lo demás me parece una herramienta impresionante y que recomendaría a cualquier "colega" del sector

Everything on the platform, because it's easy, intuitive, clean and straightforward to use on a daily basis! I use it every day in my work, so I recommend it to everyone with my eyes closed!

I have nothing to complain about Clickup, because everything inside it is practically self-explanatory and helps me a lot in my daily work tasks. So there's nothing about her that I don't like.

I've been using ClickUp for years...back when they were emerging as a startup. There's so much to talk about with ClickUp. From basic project management to product tools, such as roadmaps and Sprint management, there's something for everyone. Right now, I can create docs, roadmaps, Sprints, whiteboard sessions, and more all with one app. I love ClickUp!

The options are bewildering and the learning curve can be high. However, not all bad as the basics are easily attained. However, the complexity can turn some people off...so you have to be careful of how you onboard your team.

Project management for our SaaS company. We use it for regular ops project management and also product management. We also keep our major documentation on ClickUp. Everything from product plans and onboarding docs - it all lives in ClickUpp;

I think the variety of templates on ClickUp is great - they help introduce beginners to the platform in a comprehensive way and showcase the variety of workflows that are possible. Being able to simultaneously have calendars, task lists, conversations, and documents in one app is huge. (Think Trello, but better).

The notification system can be confusing at first, and editing tasks from the notification bar does not always work.

As a remote worker, it's vital that my supervisors and teammates can participate in and monitor my work quickly without 13 emails or phonecalls. In ClickUp, we can communicate directly through tasks, instead of around them.

Using spaces, folders, and lists has made it easier to set up projects. Comments and whiteboards have made collaboration more efficient for our team.

There are a few features I would love to see with importing information, such as the ability to update existing tasks.

Our process flows are smoother with ClickUp. Onboarding clients, starting new projects, and tracking retainer work is all done through ClickUp.
