ClickUp is by far the best Project Management tool I have used! With Dashboards and Docs it really just makes it SO easy to see everything in one place!

I wish I could see all tasks across multiple workspaces in one area!

ClickUp is the primary tool we use to implement our business workflows. Everything we do -> goes through ClickUp.

I've used many PM tools in the past and I keep finding ClickUp as the best tool to solve my work problems. Either through ClickUp Apps, Gantt charts, whiteboards and or forms, there is always something to solve what I need.

Some of the newer products, docs and whiteboards lack some capabilities that their counterparts are very good at. The whiteboard has some bug issues with hotkeys that Miro, Figjam and others have accomplished.

ClickUp currently is the main platform we use for our business development workflow and documentation. We have a number of Zapier connections that bring in RFPs/RFQs/RFI into a list so we can choose what agency contract we would like to bid on.

It's always improving and it's super customizable. It can be very simple like a checklist, or very complex for projects that need more attention.

Since ClickUp has so many features there's a bit of a learning curve, but that is common with most great products.

ClickUp is simple in usage and provides lots of flexibility while not being overcomplex. It will allow you to setup your projects the way you work and not force you to use a certain method. Imagine, create, follow-up, close - and collaborate in one application!

The docs feature could be enhanced, I am missing couple of features. Also be careful when setting-up ClickUp, it gives a lot of flexibility, but this can also be a pitfall.

As a Project Manager, I need to keep track of the roadmap, goals and work (tasks) to get results. In order to accomplish this, I use ClickUp. It offers a solution for every aspect and offers the flexibility to manage my project from ideas to results.

Clickup is like Asana and Trello having a super baby. The possibilities are truly endless and their service is amazing. I've been using Clickup for over 3 years, after researching many platforms, and never looked back since.

Sometimes the possibilities are overwhelming and it can be complexed to find the exact layout and data structure that suits your business flow.

The Everything Views are a powerful tool for business management. We can track all our employees from a single place, allowing us to take better decisions for production.

Time allocation leaks on the ability to aggregate the yet allocated time in different spaces on the Everything View. This prevents us from using ClickUp as our primary scheduling tool.

ClickUp solves the management nightmare by simplifying the opperational workflows. We are saving money and time with the use of this platform which is an amazing.

Slow loading times, sometimes experience glitches editing documents at the same time. Not enough basic tutorials to learn how to maximize the platform.

ClickUp is so versatile! I love that we can find a format or sequence that fits everyone's individual needs. The automations are super handy! I've always recommended this to anyone looking for task managment.

I find the documents to be cumbersome to use and didn't really get into the chat features. I have no doubt that ClickUp will continue to optimize and adapt to new needs though!

I like the fact that ClickUp includes a Goal Targeting system you can use to create a target and then break that down to different tasks and timelines to achieve the goals.

ClickUp has a learning curve, but with the right project manager its a breeze!

ClickUp is an all in one tool, I don't have to leave and use other tools. Its robust and very customizable.

Using clickup, I helped 3 companies to better organize their workflows, manage their productivity and monitor tasks from ideation to production smoothly. All the departments used clickup to enhance their work producivity, increase cross department collapprations, cut time waste between taps and share links.

Chat can be brought outside the dashboard. And I still didn't get the grib of the dashboards yet. It's a bit hard, if there are templates for the dashboards I'll be browsing them to see what best suits me. That's why I can't wait to access clickup 3.0 tbh

Keeping track of the enormous loads of work, prioritizing tasks, keeping track of content documents and workflow systems and guidelines. and cutting verbal task communications off by telling everyone to document it down on clickup and communicate through it. Managing productivity and understanding where tasks are blocking other tasks and who's responsible to follow up or speed up, etc.

I love the ability to keep all of my information stored in an easy to use format, provide time frames for completion and have the ability to create cards for my tasks

It does take some getting used to the various ways that the program operates - so the biggest complaint is the learning curve. I would love to have better help sections.

Talvez a limitação na personalização da home do aplicativo, mas agora com a versão 3.0 será resolvido esse problema de personalização em que o usuário estará mais livre para escolher como quer deixar e o que quer deixar.

Principalmente no lembrete devido à definição de data final no card da vista e esse card ficar bem visível como atrasado para as pessoas que precisam executar a atividade.

I'm sure it's all there but it's taking me a while to figure out the use of forms and reporting. Would love to see a social media management scheduling component.

Being able to set start and finish dates means we never lose sight of a task or deadline. We've named our spaces headings as in our job descriptions which is great for alignment and reviewing how we are tracking, and what areas are needing more attention. No need to have written notes around the place to remember little things that need doing. It's so easy to add to tasks or create a quick deadline task straight from the chrome, or gmail or the desktop ap.

Our small agency transitioned from an in-person workspace to a fully remote, international team thanks to ClickUp. We use the platform for all of our client delivery and internal processes.

We don't have a dedicated client success manager who has really taken the time to understand our business needs at ClickUp. We worked with a consulting agency, ZenPilot, to implement our current ClickUp work environment.

It allows our team to have one central source of truth for all client communications and deliverables. We used to struggle with information and client agreements being handled in siloes.

I like the unlimited features and the way I can pull just about everything together into one central place. I also enjoy the customization options to be able to make it my own. It's also very helpful being able to control permission levels for team members.

I feel like creating a client side dashboard or clickup access could be more intuitive for our agency clients. They often need a lot of hand-holding while getting used to the platform.

In South America it tends to glitch and not work sometimes. We have to keep refreshing it in order to keep it working and the service is not as fast as we would like to.

I love that there is so much that I can customize. I can create dynamic custom views that benefit my team and me. Their support team has always been very helpful whenever I have connected with them for a question.

There are some limitations with the custom formulas and calculations. But these are probably more advanced features that most people wouldn't even care about right now. I'm curious to see how 3.0 addresses these features.

It's a collaborative platform to outline and assign projects and tasks to team members. We are able to see tasks that are outstanding and see the project is at overall.

I used to work as a project manager for the Philippine government. Aside from our custom solution for project management, most of our project management and task management was done on paper/offline. ClickUp showed me how one tool could be used to do time tracking, task management, client management, take notes, CRM, sales, invoicing, etc. These features to be in one software are so helpful, especially when managing a startup agency, as we do.

I have a lot of things that I would love to be improved in ClickUp: like using formula field results in other formulas, pulling up formula fields in dashboards, improving the ClickUp docs and whiteboard, and publicly sharing dashboards, to name a few. Dislike is a strong word but if there's something I'm not really liking with ClickUp at the moment are glitches every now and then and the frequent lagginess recently.

1. CRM tool are sometimes overwhelming: ClickUp is so customizable you can capture every information you need about the client in the task card using custom fields. Unlike using Google Sheets for client and/or leads management, you can setup due dates and subtask automation to have notifications for reminders, deadlines, and follow ups. You can also use checklist templates to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. 2. High skill requirement for integrations: internal automation in ClickUp is quite useful 3. High subscription costs to PM tools: ClickUp helps you a lot by trying to use it to replace other PM tools. You just have to know how to set it up.

The clickup is unique, fitting for every necessity in terms of personal use for home expenses control but still full of resources for big companies and for me the best part, the project management.

There is some features that still can be improved, like automatize the list creation from a model, will improve the efficiency. About the panel, sometimes we realized that some bug's in time tracking, where some graphs do not show all tasks with time tracked and usually, underestimate the time.

Decentralize everything from excel and google drive was the best thing we have made with ClickUp, we find a way to centralize and optimize our workflow and in fact, saving at least 1 day per week.

The flexibility to make this fit my companies. I am able to set up different spaces to handle the different segments of my business. I am using it to organize my sales efforts and also organize my existing clients and what they need to be done.

That there are so many ways to set it up. I have watched several training videos, but it is a steep learning curve to set up. Again, maybe I missed something in the setup of this app, but I would love some more video examples of how we can use this app.

Organizing the administrative tasks required to run my business but always get thrown to the back burner and forgotten.
