Compare Zoho CRM with other popular tools in the same category.
SaaS-based software which can be accessed from anywhere and on any device, easy to make sales call, maintain your customers database , send email and above all very very cost-effective solution
system has got still many bugs and team needs to work to solve them , email templates needs to be more customizable
managing leads and sales funnel and sending email to potential leads
Zoho crm is the answer to your sales solutions , marketing management and project management. Be it lead generation , deal management or any thing related to social media zoho crm is one of the best crm solutions out there. The best thing about zoho crm is that it is so easy to use to a new user who is completely new to sales or project management in general . It is an excellent product for project management as well. You can create multiple journey maps , different types of personas depending upon the business use case and every thing else. Muklti device data visualization is one of the best features of zoho crm.
The dashboards for sales in the zoho crm some times can be quite confusing. It is my request to zoho to build more user friendly dashboards, the clarity is what some times I personally feel is the missing element in the dash boards the good thing you see every thing every where but again it also the thing that I don't like about zoho crm in sales feature.
WE are using the CRM CPO , email tracking features , performance management for sales and various other features for the heterogeneous functionalities of our organization to ensure and enhance business continuity,. The benefits that we have realized for zoho crm are that it has indefinitely increased the business process outcomes. The sales engagement has definitely seen an escalation too due to seamless tracking features of zoho crm. Wee are beyond satisfied with the numbers and it is simple helping us drive innovation . WE would definitely recommend zoho crm to our clients and friends and partners.
The days are past when "CRM" implies massive and costly programming that requires a whole group of specialists working exclusively on establishment and support. With the appearance of cloud innovation and SaaS (Software as a Service), this is not true anymore.
Don't stress, and I have you covered with four undeniable level elements to zero in on. How about we make a plunge.
They offer unlimited freedoms for development and are intended to suit the requirements of a wide range of organizations. The expanding growth of CRM in the endeavor arrangements market has set out many open doors for experts. The interest in contemporary CRM frameworks has prompted a rising requirement for master advisors in the cloud.
I love the user interface of Zoho CRM. All the menus items are placed neatly on the front page; hence it is very convenient to find whatever option you are looking for, unlike other CRMs in which you sometimes have to dive in to see a feature.
If your business cannot afford to spend money on a CRM solution, then I would never recommend Zoho as the free version has minimal features, especially the number of users and other features like Sales funnel, Deals funnel, etc.
We have been able to capture all our leads from our website, organize them in an orderly manner, pursue the hot leads confidentially and make sure we are not missing any sales channel. Our Customer journey has improved drastically, and we now have more happy customers and very few disgruntled ones.
Zoho CRM implementation was very swift. Zoho CRM has great customer database and it's effectively managed. It's an efficient tool to manage company's resources. It has great on boarding features for managing marketing.
Zoho CRM sometimes gets real slow. Zoho CRM lacks the ability to generate proposal. It's didn't integrate well with WordPress.
Zoho CRM's analytics tool gives vital information about our clients and with this info we took good measures for better customer relations. It's used for lead and contact management. It's very cost effective.
The amount of services Zoho provides as a part of the package is amazing at such a low cost. Be it Lead Management, Email Campaigns, calling, you name it and Zoho has a solution for it.
The UI can be better and the ease of use can be better, can be more intuitive.
Lead Management, Email Campaigns. This is way better than the ones in this price range and even better than the ones which cost way higher.
Ease of use and functions for expenses report
Sync issues between phone and desktop version is an issue but only happens sometimes.
Submissions of expenses reports of various employees. Management of both credit and debit accounts of employees.
Zoho forms helped me in collecting large amount of data in a very simple manner.
Sometimes it shows errors to the person who is filling the form.
I am working in an incubation centre where we have to collect a large amount of data from startups, which is even hard for them to remember and give. It helped us overcome that issue.
Leads to Deals and social media . Its all good.
Support is li'l bad. but overall its good.
Connecting with clients and integration with other apps is good.
User-friendly. Great way to manage and track potential leads.
Sometimes doesn't sync right away, but that is rare.
Managing sales leads. Informs marketing plan.
Absolutely easy to setup and implement quickly and hit the ground running in no time flat!
Nothing as of yet that I have found to dislike.
Being able to setup workflows to help automate tasks that are repeated across projects is an amazing timesaver, as well as building templates for emails that will be sent out across all projects.
All the different business modules allow me to pick and choose which features I need.
Sometimes the pricing structure would change. I don't particularly appreciate having to go back and review to make sure something is still cost-effective.
I was able to track invoices a lot easier. I was able to bill sooner and collect more.
Technical support from the team is outstanding
Nothing is there to say right now everything is fine
Easily integrate with the business and best tool to grow your business
I only have experience working with ZoHo for small to medium-sized businesses, but I can't say enough good things about the whole ZoHo platform, including their CRM. The CRM side of things is free for the most part considering what the size of a database would be for small/medium sized companies. It's the power of the rest of the ZoHo platform that can tap into that CRM where ZoHo becomes a very powerful business platform at a very affordable cost compared to its respective competition in each area. Rather than using a various amount of different tools/software to accomplish each goal, the ZoHo platform allows you to bring everything into one location. This has many benefits including the ability to integrate and track and report the various tools together as well as saving time and costs of having multiple accounts for various software that you have to pay for and track and report separately.
There is a bit of a learning curve for some of the features, but it is well worth the investment of the time to do so. This is true for both the agency/consultant setting up the necessary features in ZoHo as well as the clients that will be actively using ZoHo and it's features after it is all set up.
The ability to have a client tie their CRM into their email marketing and lead sources and to have reporting and tracking all in one location. This saves everyone time and money and allows for better tracking and proving ROI for all various marketing channels that each client is actively using. All of this is done within the smaller budgets most small to medium businesses have for this sort of thing where other platform options would be out of reach cost wise for some of these smaller businesses.
Ease of Use and Competitive prices. The founder Sridhar has also given back to society.
UI could be better customized with color.
Lead management and data management.
This software is a universal cloud-based customer relationship management tool that assists multinational enterprises in taking control of their business operations and establishing long-term client relationships. The web-based programme can be tailored to fit a wide range of industries. More than 100 third-party extensions and applications are integrated into Zoho CRM.
The user interface tends to be outdated in comparison to other CRM available in the market. The workflow could have been better. They need to think about the new generation of users and update the application according to their needs.
Users can make custom dashboards and reports for parameters like lead generation, revenue, and deals, among others. Users may sync and integrate their Zoho CRM data with the Advanced CRM Analytics module, which is powered by Zoho Reports, to receive superior insights. They provide AI powered assistant called Zia in the CRM to help the person for various tasks and suggestions.
I like the fact that the tool is easy to use, it's much cheaper alternative to Salesforce CRM for sure.
The functionality is not on par with other tools of this nature such as Salesforce. I wish it had a cleaner design. It feels old and a little clunky with some particular functionalities and ways to use it. For example: search functionality, accounts, etc.
I'm solving managing all of my accounts as a Vice President of Partnerships at a computer software company. It allows me to stay on track and manage everything within the tool and keeps a deep history across our team on use. I've been surprised with how much information is stored in the tool and makes it very powerful at our company to have something like this! 10/10 would recommend for software teams.
Bundle of applications embedded with one place. Zoho team knows what the organisation's requirements according that they develop user handy tools.
Its not a complete ERP system but for the small and mid-cap company it is best choice
It's a CRM tool. It's solved many business problems such as marketing, Mail, HR.
GUI appereance which is easy to understand
not yet any thing found in CRM application
issue tracking and bug tracking for exisiting projects
I love Zoho because they literally have everything you need to run a business - big or small. They have HR tools, they have the CRM, and the best part is they all integrate with each other seamlessly. There's definitely a learning curve when it comes to using the CRM, but once you have it built it is definitely a powerful tool.
The only thing I disklike about Zoho CRM is that it is not very intuitive and you need to learn the operations quite a bit before you are able to make the necessary implementations you want.
Zoho CRM allows me to automate so many procedures, keep track of clients and follow-ups, as well as integrate with other products seamlessly.
Zoho is the perfect CRM. its features and service stand out among its peers. I personally very like lead management and customer contact features. These features enable me to have better engagement with my customers or potential customers. I can have fruitful interactions with them, which enhances their satisfaction. It is a must have CRM, especially for small startups with budget constraints. It provides the best features in the market with minimal pay and outstanding permformance. It can be used to generate revenue.
Sometimes there's a delay for their technical support team, which is only a significant issue I have faced so far. Apart from that, its integration with another platform might be a tricky process for some, but again that is not a major hard block.
With the help of Zoho CRM, my team can manage our customers effectively and efficiently, unlike in the past, where it is a complete mess. With Zoho CRM, we can engage with them more frequently and provide them personalized solutions. Also, its analytics features help us to understand the customer's behavior towards our service. Based on those reports, we can improve internally. I want to list out some features which stand out. Lead Management Workflow Automation Contact Lead Prioritization/scoring Email tracking
Zoho CRM is a cloud-based CRM that manages all size of businesses; My organization uses Zoho CRM which help us integrate all the contacts on the SPANCO model. We also customize tools according to our requirements. Further, we have also integrated with G Suite, Mailchimp, WordPress, Evernote, Hubspot, and other 3rd party systems. The MIS features are excellent, and we can customize the reports as per our requirements, the log-in features of the clients, the follow-up functions, and the best part is it is pretty economical to use.
The CRM runs relatively slow, which becomes very irritating at times; the integration with Hubspot was a tough job, it took longer than expected, rest there is no reason to hate it.
- Maintaining database -Client Follow-ups - Management Information System reports - Marketing Tool - Sales Forecasting
1. The platform is user-friendly. I was able to self-teach myself to build out the sales CRM on my own without having to watch a bunch of videos for Lead, Account and Deals. After i got it set up and imported an excel document, and was able to play with it some I then watched a couple of Youtube videos that helped as well. 2. I actually had a nice sales rep that was very helpful reach out a few times and even set up a call for me to discuss issues I came across in the reporting feature and why a new section I created was not translating to the deal page. It turned out duplicate names with the system prevented it. Easy fix, but I wasn't aware. 3. There is so much more that I haven't had the time to pursue that will be a benefit. 4. I love the ability to have Kanban view set. That ability in Monday was the first reason I gravitated to Monday.com but when I realized Zoho had it then the rest just made a lot of sense 5. The sales rep made it very clear about their annual plan and the guarantee behind it if I were to leave. The cost is reasonable that I will be locking in for a year with them and look to get more out of the platform. The first few days of the free trial were enough to immediately eliminate Pipedrive, Monday.com, Zendesk Sell, and a few other CRMs I was looking at. My company is a call center, so we intake all inbound channels but use Zendesk Support for that. Zoho has an integration that I need to explore the benefits of though.
Nothing stands out yet as a dislike. I need to understand the reporting functionality a little better but that has just been a lack of time on my part to understand vs a knock against Zoho.
as the owner, I wanted a CRM that would help me keep track of all my leads and customers that was reasonable in cost and really good UI for use and tracking. The Kanban view is my favorite for looking at accounts in different stages as well as being able to track customers that progress into post-sale onboarding.
The multitude of apps available in ZohoCRM and ZohoOne give us a view into every aspect of our business.
Sometimes the interface between the different apps is not quite as intuitive as it could be. But that is improving over time.
Initially we started with ZohoBooks and found that having all the other tools (mail, workdrive, inventory, sites, forms, etc.) to be invaluable.
It is hard to say what I like best since they give you so much. We use Ring Central for phones and it displays whos calling and tracks those calls and allows you to put notes right in the popup. Or you can click on the name and it will take you into the account. We also have the email integration that pulls all the emails (we use GSuites) with the email associated with the contract into the contact. Regardless if we send it from within Zoho or from our mail client/
Some of the plugins for additional services do not work and it seems that the company providing is trying but getting Zoho to respond is a challenge.
We are able to keep all of our clients and prospects information within the system and create automated follow-up based on what product or service they are providing.
The CRM is highly customizable, with the ability to create custom fields and objects. It also supports workflows for automation and easy to set up integrations with other products. Using Zoho One, the CRM can integrate with a host of other Zoho products, including email marketing automation, for one low fee.
The documentation on how to use and set up the CRM and other Zoho products seems limited. I am not always able to find solutions quickly and easily using the included help database. It feels like a pretty steep learning curve to be able to maximize the usefulness of the platform. Response times to support tickets can also take some time.
We had used other CRMs in the past, but they all came with limitations on the ability to either customize the fields and objects OR costly limitations on the number of contacts we could have in our database. Zoho CRM allows us to have all contacts and information stored in one location and create a quality system of record that is also the source of truth, did away with the need for extraneous spreadsheets and databases
Zoho CRM is a very good CRM. WE use socials, project, sales, and campaign features in our organization. We primarily use Zoho CRM for our sales team, content management office team, project management team, for internal tasking among the teams and team members. We do all our email campaigns through Zoho and they are quite convenient to track. Sales leads are convenient to track and manage.
The ZOHO flow is a bit tricky to use. It is both an advantage and a drawback. A few integrations are not possible in CRM. In Zoho campaigns, we are unable to add customized periodic email campaigns its only limited to weekly and monthly. In Sales CRM customized workflows can be designed but certain customization is not possible. In zoho flow we need customization for our content procedure which again is not possible, we have also taken the help of a third-party consultant and Zoho customer support.
We are using Zoho CRM to keep track of our sales record. Better customer satisfaction. We use sales CRM for the identification and maintaining of the lead list. We nurture them into hot warm and cold. It has significantly improved our business efficiency. It definitely follows data and compliance. Our sales have definitely seen a boost.
I like that it has a free version that provides a good starting point for young startups that have little or no budgets. It's also very to setup an account which is linked to the other features that can be added on a needs basis.
I haven't used most of the features but I can't find anything I find problematic. I probably might find more issues based on my future needs.
I used Zoho CRM email and the job boards as part of my communication and recruitment channels.
Cleaness and easyness of configure and use
All modules the same backgroubd color. It confuses the user in which modulke he is. Try colored ones
U sude over 7 paid versions for differnt companie4s and organizations I manage on very different topics.
I like the services they are providing under one roof including CRM chats and everything this made our life very easy.
I dont like the interface please try to work on it.
