I love the easy to use backend and that i can handle all my appointments and tasks into one platform.

The UI/UX provide a seamless experience. And even though I was lazy to read the tutorials at times, chat support is there for me, always helpful and instant. Props to Andy Roberts for all his help.
Nothing to complain about. Even if there was, the company's attitude is as such that they will be improving all the time and respond positively to feedback.

you have everything you need in one tool! pricing is very cheap compared to big competitors like husbpot and experience so far is as good as any other big tool.

Engagebay works pretty well with my business. I was using ActiveCampaign but the costs were adding up quite quickly. I tried other platforms but the automation sequence offered by ActiveCampaign are not easy to find, until, I got Engagebay. The platforms offer an awesome automation platform for emails, plus landing pages and forms. It works quite well and can be a perfect substitute.
I would like more design capabilities for the forms, but I heard they are already implementing it.
We can have all our business needs fulfilled by a single platform, which is awesome.
I like the automation and workflow features the best. Other services are also appreciated like maintaining the contact list.
There is a learning curve yet the support folks are amazing and wonderful in helping every step of the way.

We use EngageBay every day, heavily for Email Marketing purposes. We have used many other tools like Mailchimp, Mailerlite, Zoho, etc. before. EngageBay offers almost all features compared to other tools but for a much more affordable price. Besides their support team is amazing. They take care of our needs very quickly. The UI is very user-friendly. Setting it up and migrating from the previous tool was quite easy. We also use their Zapier integration.
Some features compared to other email marketing tools are missing. However I believe they will develop these features in the near future.
We have a very advanced, micro-segmented, email marketing strategy. EngageBay allows us to do almost everything we expect from an email marketing tool.
EngageBay is an excellent product and substitute for all the other products that are in the market. Engagebay is also inexpensive and affordable, adaptable and simple to use.
There are some areas that are cluttered like arranging emails in the sequences, responsive landing pages and advanced reporting. They need to work on all of these.
Using EngageBay I can easily manage all the contacts. Automations and workflows are very much beneficital for us. It helps us in running email campaigns and news letters
