Zoho CRM was a great CRM to use and user-friendly to all of my employees at the time. You could create new users, assign roles and add any contact list. There are so many good integrations with Zoho that you could expend a whole day just searching the cataloge.
The UI can look somewhat plain for a few assuming that you don't have the foggiest idea how to modify it. Downloading or gathering information isn't, in every case straightforward. This is likewise to be said about transferring leads. It isn't in every case clear what part of a transfer has fizzled. Notwithstanding, when the transfer takes care of business it is an extraordinary life hack. The hunt work isn't unreasonably natural; I observed in some cases, except if you type in a careful match, it doesn't bring anything back.

The fact that this tool is free with the option of paid ADDED services. I love software that you can utilize for free and give you the opportunity to add more benefits to make time more productive
It could be a bit confusing, especially for creating analytical reports. Perhaps a quick how-to guide would help alleviate this problem or show a video of how to create reports.
I implemented this software in a previous organization to help track any IT tickets for our locations. It helped centralize and keep track of all incoming issues for our managers and users.

Zoho has developed a whole set of applications, be it accounting software or chat plugin, that works in an integrated manner so that from one dashboard you get knowhow of all your business operations. You can either consume all Zoho applications under one dashboard by Zoho One subscription. Or buy Zoho products like Zoho Books (accounting software), Zoho Analytics as a standalone program. Best part is Zoho has a free plan for most of its suite of products that work well for small businesses. This is unlike Quick Books or FreshBooks that has free trial but no free plans.
Admin dashboard often works slow. Apart from it, I find nothing to complain about except myself for not giving enough time to leverage the best of this excellent software.
Using this CRM for financial accounting, chat, analytics purpose. There are so many other tools that I have not yet explored but sure will keep me busy for the next six months at least.
Having the ability to configure this CRM to meet my needs is priceless! The CRM connects easily to all other ZOHO applications. Create your own variables, formulas, the list is endless... Having the ability to brand it as your own.
Need more formula fields! I love the formula function and use them up pretty quick.
