I like how effectively and efficiently we can manage accounts, create deals and keep a follow-up on the same, also the in-depth detailed reporting of all the activities.

there is nothing that I can think of as of now.

Being a salesperson in the corporate department I need to keep in touch with every single client we are dealing with and keep a regular follow-up on the accounts associated with me, which has been made very easy for me through Zoho.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

As a marketing professional in the finance industry, I really think that Zoho CRM is the best for lead generation services. Easy to track the customer buyer process and customazation is possible, and support team very helpful in that. It is very great that Zoho offers many features with Zoho One at the same time, and easy to use Zoho CRM data in many different platform with one integration.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Sometimes software updates are happening and it affects our productivity, besides that we get worng results because of the updates and changing features. Zoho CRM also needs some technical improvements, not every feature works without a technical problem.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We track the user registration journey from starting to the end with the help of Zoho CRM. That is the biggest solution Zoho CRM offers for our business. So that we measure and report the success of marketing in regards to lead generation.
