What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I have used several different CRM's over the years, and Zoho remains to be the best one around. It is quite a user-friendly application. I can create any type of field that I create.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Sometimes I have had to sit on hold a little longer than I want, but that is because I lack patience.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has so many features that I am still learning how everything works.

The wide range of apps available to build out a platform to connect all major functions of the CRM

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Unless you have a coding/programming background then writing your own functions in the CRM can be very challenging

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

We collect a number of leads from different sources and the CRM does a great job of tying them all together. We have really cleaned up our sales funnel.

"ZOHO PLATFORM - DEPENDABLE & INNOVATIVE"
What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

ZOHO Emails have been the most exciting platform for my daily work routine. It unique features like categorizing of emails, unread emails, reminders, Notes, sending out response to bulk users when we are on vacation. It has always helped me on upbeat on my work and has been very user friendly. Easy to share zoho sheets for MIS updation among peers to check on day to day targeted Numbers. Pls do keep updating new features which keeps us excited to use it in our day to day professional assignments.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Satisfied user - haven't faced a great challenge however incase there is a server issue on any of occasion when we didn't receive email, expect an auto alert email from zoho that its a down time and emails will be restored.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

As i said am a satisfied user- works perfectly fine

Having the ability to brand it as your own and easy configuration with other tools. We can design and plan as per our needs.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

So far, what I have used I don't have any issues with Zoho

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Social media posting, lead capturing through that also email campaign. We can capture the lead very easily and get all information.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

My favorite thing about Zoho CRM is the mobile app. I won't touch apps or services that don't have an excellent mobile app. I also like how web 2.0 the website is. It is regularly being updated and refreshed.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

There's not really anything to dislike. I've been using the service on and off for many years and it's grown into an excellent offering.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am a big fan of using a CRM and Zoho is my go-to. It's not the newest and shiniest, but it has been around for many years, and I don't worry that it will go away. It keeps track of my contacts and has a deep integration with many other services that Zoho provides.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Cloud based, real time information that is available to all users at any given point in time. Flexible enough to allow for customization to our line of business.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

ALL employees must have a subscription. Some employees lightly use or do not use at all.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our first CRM was only available to field personnel. ZOHO allowed us to gain access entity wide and see information real time. We are currently in the process of utilizing CRM for marketing and website data.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM, which helps the sales person to identify the lead importance such as cold , warm , untouched, fresh leads and all in a single window. It also helps the sales person to get a clarity of the leads in a highly simplified way

I couln't find any difficulties or dislikes over the Zoho CRM. it's absolutely working fine and good. and also the User interface and user experience part is comparatively good

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially we are the type of company who makes the cold calling to the users at that time, segregating and grouping the leads are very hectic and also very difficult to find the importance and values of each prospects. After that Zoho CRM came in to the picture and also helped us and created a good customer strategy.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

Zoho is one of the best customer relationship management or CRM platforms on the market, but there are some small issues. For example, Zoho does not automatically export customer data. This means that we have to manually take it from an online portal and move it over to our spreadsheet.

What problems is Zoho CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

Zoho CRM is so easy to use and seamless with social media and various products that we find ourselves bringing it up in conversations and meetings. The mobile app that goes with the web application makes taking notes or creating tasks easier. It's been an effective tool during the pandemic as well, with workflows making it all happen as needed. Zoho crm is a platform with a dynamic approach that allows us to carry out sales reports in an agile and accurate way. The software has an artificial intelligence that allows us to create duplicate client lists in our business account. This means that we can work with long lists of clients easily.
