Zoho is extremely easy to use and cheap. It is perfect for SMEs because the cost is low and the onboarding of internal employees is easy as well. Since all the apps are tightly integrated, data flows seamlessly between apps and between departments i.e invoices created in CRM are available in Zoho Books for finance team to look at, employees added in Zoho People are available in all other apps to give easy access.
Zoho One is not created for big companies, once your company scales up, most of the Zoho apps will start causing issue. Zoho one apps are built by bringing most common use cases from all the domains and do not cover individual needs that an organization must have. There isn't a lot of room for customization which is needed a lot in big companies. Hence, you can use Zoho one while you are a small to medium company but as you grow you'll have to switch
The biggest problem Zoho One is solving is creating apps within budget. Getting a suite of more than 40+ app for $1 is a boon for startups and small bootstrapped companies where every dollar count. Anyone can create apps, there is huge competition there, you have hubspot, freshdesk but all these are expensive. Zoho is cheap and covers all the generic use cases an SME can come across and that is what benefits me
The pricing options based on the number of power users and business users. Easy to use and integrate the tool with other external systems (marketing automation, revenue recognition systems)
Customizations based on automating certain processes are super hard. The acceses are provisioned only to power users and the dependency on the support for every change is frustrating

I don't like how the tabs are labeled with the previous account name. I would prefer at least my schedule to say calendar at the top so I don't have to search for it.
They added the estimated pay time, which i love and im sure that HR likes it to
The fact that you can track marketing campaigns is a plus. Zoho is very useful for putting a timeline on your campaigns and tracking their progress. Great for larger marketing teams
Zoho needs to be able to integrate more seamlessly for certain Apps and maybe even social media applications such as hootsuite. As a marketing team you may want to see how your social media posts perform.
