Support is amazing. Timely, consistent and solves issues within an extremely short time frame. This is rare to find.
Would like to see more templates for emails and landing pages. Also, the ability to change images' opacity would be good.
EngageBay has made a program more straightforward to use than the overly complicated comparisons. Easy to use, so I spend less time maintaining it.
The customer service at EngageBay is mind-blowingly good. I find the templates super easy to use. It's drag and drop and the side bar is intituive for your edits.
I don't love that your first email can only be sent out to 100 users. I understand why they do it, but when you send your first email, you want to get going!
I wanted something that did multiple actions in one place: a landing page for an event/product, a platform for regular e-blasts and sign up forms for events, lists, etc

The simplicity to manage contact lists, to send an emailing is really very fluid, the creation of emailing is super intuitive
It is a tool that takes time to learn, but it is very powerful
Thanks to Engage Bay, we can now do everything with the same tool: follow the commercial aspect (contact, sales, follow-up), the marketing aspect (creation of e-mailing, sending of newsletters, management of several brands on the same platform). In addition, we can have excellent reporting, which allows us to analyze our data quickly and adapt ourselves to our customers.

One-to-one emails are a little clunky, but that's not really the role of the system
I work with a citizen's group that meets weekly. It's super simple to sign up new members, and the email and text broadcasts are easy to set up. And when I want to do something new, or I just forgot how to do something I don't normally do, support is quick to remind me or send me correct link.
EngageBay is an excellent platform for storing all of your client data. It shows a great view of all customer data, with different interactions and time, and also all the files are stored in one place with easy access, role management etc. So it helps a lot in organizing work like you don't have to go back to your Excel sheets anymore.
It's great but it can add some more integrations, they said they're adding as we speak.

It is an excellent CRM that helps us to manage our customers and plan our roadmap. The team feels more productive since the simplicity and ease of use of the product
It's very useful that You have a package with the most important tools as CRM and email marketing service as one service. Workflow is much easier, data flow is simpler and results are more visible. CRM has many options that You can only dream about in some other online solutions. The file repository is a nice touch.
Not so much but some polishing should be done (procedure, user interface,..). Icons in Activities are without explanations and could be done better, Workflow editor is really confusing.

A very powerful and complete set of tools that manages our complex workflows for customer acquisition. Great and responsive customer support. They are quick to resolve any issues and walk us through the solution. The customer support makes EngageBay the perfect solution for us.
The landing page feature, although nice to have, cannot add code to the page header. This makes it useless for us, as we can't integrate our shopping cart "Peek Pro" onto the page.

There are so many features that I didn't even know I would want / need and then right about the time I realize I need / want it, I find already part of the solution.
I'm finding the self-serve documentation to be a little thin. There is a plethora of video tutorials etc that get you up and running but the more detailed stuff doesn't seem to have documentation depth. Perhaps it is because they want to assist with things beyond the usual.

I'm sure I'm leaving something out.
