I loved using Fresh sales it really helps me to have track of my accounts, contacts, and the current stage of the sale. The UI is really great, If I forgot something it reminds me to do it via notification.
Nothing was found to dislike. I really enjoy using fresh sales.
Having track of the account that I'm persuing, Deal stage and comments helps to crack my sale. Its more productive

I like the User interface. Its simple & smart. Overall the interface is very clean & easy to understand. When you use a cluterless CRM you focus on what you are looking for instead of extra distractions. I like the feature that it gets easily linked to clients Linkedin profiles so we can easily connect & send connection requests.
Please add features like widget on Outlook to link emails from the Outlook pane to the Freshsales similar to what Salesforce has feature like Salesforce lightning. This will help in maintaining accurate records.
Reducing time in searching for leads, classifying leads & keeping us updated on activities etc.
Truly, one of the greatest advantages of Freshsales is the ability to access the contact information via the cell phone. When I am out of my office and need a client's telephone number, all I have to do is access the Freshsales mobile application. What a marvelous convenience !
At this time, I cannot think of anything that I dislike.
All of the informationt at my immediate disposal. People ask me how many clients I have. Until I had everything added to the CRM, I had NO idea how many clients I had.
It is user friendly and you can organize wey well your customers
I have not seen anything that I dislike.
It lets me be orginzed with my leads and be able to send emails from it.
Tasks allow me to keep my daily, weekly, monthly things to do at my fingertips. It also allows me to review recent or older emails and see if those emails have been opened.
I do not like the newest format of the customer cards. The old versions had smaller sized cards and showed more card/accounts ona single screen

I wish the cost per user was less so that we could utilize more agents on a better budget.
The biggest problem that Freshsales solves is allowing all of our Customer Support and Sales Performance management being integrated in one space since we have multiple agents crossing into both fields.

Using Freshsales, We can easily manage and track our sales deals with an intuitive pipeline management system. The customizable deal stages allow for clear visualization and monitoring of each deal's progress.
The analytics reports do not always provide us with real-time information. It may take a few minutes for the dashboards to update. It is necessary to refresh the dashboards.
Creating a pipeline by linking marketing strategy directly to the CRM. A pipeline can be established by connecting marketing strategy to the CRM, streamlining the sales cycle and efficiently identifying promising opportunities while avoiding unproductive ones. This process saves time and increases the likelihood of success.
It is simple to navigate and manage all of my people :) I like that I can easily filter through lists when targeting different things and pull up a list based off my needs rather than clicking on each file.
It would be nice if it were easier to view phone numbers by just a click on the file name rather than having to click into each file individually, click the contact, and then receive the phone number.
It is helping me by having everything I need in one place and being able to filter through what I need. It definitely has made it easier on me
